DO NOT STAY HERE! Incompetent staff and unpleasant service experience. Booked reservation 3 hours beforehand because of a 7 hour flight delay and wasn't able to make changes to the booking to correct the booking name. They advertise they are located near the airport but are not they are 30 minutes north! Terrible, I hope no one else is treated this way over the holidays. Very upsetting all they care about is making $150 bucks off a student when they can make a simple task of changing the reservation name to the correct person!

Location is beautiful, if a little hard to get into. My room was very nice but feels a little cramped in a way, the bathroom is wonderful. Service is top notch, no forced small talk, respectful, and kind. Absolutely wonderful stay.

Hi Jamie I loved today! Rethink Christmas is part of Jesus Christ birthday he was born in this day. Give always thanks to Jesus rethink about his son give him the perfect gifts. Jamie you would love coming to spend time with your partner and just be open to yourself by letting Christ know how much you could spend time at church by sitting next to some one and to think .

It was ok..It is a bit dated and an older hotel with newer paint and carpet..My restroom fan and a.c. were loud!.There is no free breakfast or happy hourit is all pay. The Bistro is closed for lunch tooThe pool is old and dated..no hot tub either.. Pick a newer place

I was visiting the hotel for a professional event and only used the conference rooms and rest rooms in the lobby as well as the cafe. All facilities were found to be in top-notch shape and they were even doing some Renovations post-hurricane Irma this year. I was really pleased the facility overall and would gladly book a night stay here.

I wish I remember the girls name that checked us in. She was so helpful, very pleasant and let us know about certain activities around ie the water taxi in Ft Lauderdale.

The staff does there best and they have very good appetizers that ae half price at 5-7pm.

That being said when I asked for an extra ice bag once they gave ne a scenter garbage bag because they didn't know were the ice bags were because it was night time.

So mixed bag.

My reception at the Marriott was very pleasant after a 3 plus hour hectic drive. Ryan Mulcahey at the front desk was pleasant and efficient. When I returned to the front desk to complain about a very loud AC unit in my room he made me feel comfortable about requesting a room change and gave me the choice of a number of rooms. My night was pleasant after the change., The next morning Marjorie Gordon greeted me by name --it took me by surprise. Clearly, I am one of many and had never stayed there before. Very nice personal touch. Since I was flying out of the Executive airport, their shuttle service dropped me off. I would definitely recommend staying there. Everyone was pleasant and friendly even the housekeeping staff you passed in the hallway smiled and said hello. Nice place to stay.

The people that work there are very nice and accommodating. The rooms need to be updated . The bathrooms need better lighting and cater a little more to the professional female customers. Its easy to tell this hotel is catering more to men.

The location was easy to get to off the Turnpike and was so close to the airport I could see parked planes just outside my window. The room and lobby were both clean and the front desk staff was warm and inviting. Chris at the front desk got me checked in quickly and off to my room. I was delighted at the drink selections in the bistro and my breakfast the following morning did not disappoint. The water in the hotel did have a yellow color in the sink and toilet, the note on the tag left by the hotel ensuring that there was no inherent health risk actually made me more concerned then just saying south Florida water sucks.
