The normal food is typically well-liked by the family. Unfortunately for me, I have dietary restrictions due to medical conditions. Other Loop locations in the area are accommodating of gluten free diners, offering gluten free buns and baked fries.
On a stop in for lunch after a soccer game, we found out THIS location is not as accommodating. No gluten free buns and would not bake fries. The only option was a gluten free pizza, but since I'm also dairy free, I prefer not to eat pizza.
We won't be returning to this location.
Food is Delicious! Service is above and beyond! Love The Loop. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed.
This loop has issues. It disturbs me that there is no soap in the ladies bathroom for the most part. Today I had to ask an employee to refill the wall dispenser in the handicapped bathroom. The soft soap bottles on the regular sinks was empty on one and had very little for the other sink. I have run into this "no soap" issue here in the past. How do the employees wash their hands? Good question. The Southside and Town Center locations far exceed this one. Next time we will drive the distance for a cleaner and better Loop atmosphere. It's a shame because we live near this location.
not sure why folks like this place. only have 12 inch Pizza, family of 4 over 50 bucks. pizza was burnt. asked for extra sauce and we had slices with no sauce. Don't like their style of self serve either.
My husband and I both had cheeseburgers, and they were so delicious! We were both raving about how good they were! Definitely will be back!
Great food and good service. People working hard to make everyone happy.love it
Great food and service, although I believe their portions have gotten smaller over time.
No fuss casual eatery for pizza, burgers, and salads. We typically split a pizza and a salad with the blue cheese chips for an app.
Underwhelming my husband got a burger, said it was decent. Asked for no cheese, but they gave him a burger with 2 slices of cheese instead. I got a chicken caesar wrap with a side salad, not worth the money at all. It was pretty much salad in a wrap, with no chicken. Probably 95% salad and 5% chicken. And the chicken seemed like prepackaged and precooked chicken, definitely not grilled or cooked on site. The side salad was the saddest salad I ever had. Covered in dressing, wilted Lettace and croutons from a bag at the grocery store. Really disappointing. The wrap wasn't even warm or slightly grilled, just a tortilla with Lettace in it.
I've been coming here for years but I recently got carry out and when I got home I noticed that my garlic mayo was missing. If you have ever had the portobello melt then you know this sauce makes it. So I called to let them know I was coming back for it. I live 10 minutes away so it was no big deal. I didn't ask for anything special I just wanted to see what the staff would do. The manager Lauren apologized profusely and gave me a 5$ gift card for my trouble. She also gave me two containers of the garlic mayo. This is the type of customs service that keeps me coming back to this location! Keep it up! Thanks Lauren!!
