  I have been a patient at this office for 3+ years and JUST went for my annual exam last week!! When I was there no one could be bothered to tell me that they sent me to collections for $13. A simple phone call would have saved them a customer. I will not be returning.

  Never had an issue here. Dr. Walker is seriously the coolest eye doctor ever. Such a nice guy and very passionate about his work. The receptionist and staff have always been great as well. They're also very quick and efficient. Much better than any eye doctor I've had before.

  Been going here 11 years. It's very convenient and I like the doctors and feel I get a good exam. Every year pricing increases but I stay for the doctors. That ends today, tried to get an explanation on why a $70 fitting fee for contacts when they didn't sit with me and fit them for me today. Lady at desk was so rude. Christina . And after I understood the charges and yet didn't agree with them, I said thank you, yet she just hung up on me. Called back and informed other employee how she hung up on me and was rude. Again. I like the doctors there, yet I am done dealing every year with rude customer service people.

  Do not go there.They charge me more and after even without sending bill by mail or calling me they send my information to collection agency for only $20..This is affecting my credit score.No Clinic ever did this.

  My wife likes the selection and prices at Lens Crafters. This optometrist is located inside of the Lens Crafters store. The staff were not friendly at all. Once my wife went back to the exam room our son (5 years old) wanted to be with his Mom. When I asked the ladies at the front desk which exam room she was in they had no idea and made it clear me and my son should wait outside. After calling my wife's phone and finding out which room she was in I headed to the back un-escorted. I think the last knew she had iritated me and not to block my path.
  They could improve on their customer service and customer experience. If you canI would suggest going somewhere else for your exam.
