  Biggest store in Jacksonville and one of the top ten busiest in Florida so I highly recommend going in off peak hours. Selection is good and the staff are all great. I only reduce 2 stars because your meats have way down in quality and the prices have gone up. No reason my pork chops should smell gamey when they still have 3 days to the pull date, makes me think you are pulling, repackaging and putting it back out in the case again.

  Good selection and plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good selection of beers and wines as well. We were able to stock up on everything we needed for the weekend with family. Would go back.

  Clean store. Friendly service. Deli meat, deli seafood and fresh produce could use more variety. Prepared food deli isn't good. Skinny subs, dried out wings and hot foods zapped before steam food warmer.

  I love my Publix Pharmacy. We have changed all our prescriptions to Publix. They fill my families meds quickly. If there is a problem they have a solution. Other pharmacies just say I don't have it and no idea when they will. Publix says I don't have it now but it will be here tomorrow. I will never go to any other pharmacy.

  I love Publix. Everyone is so nice and genuinely seem to enjoy working there. I love their selection of produce.
  Today, we were looking for steaks for a family gathering and the man in the meat department pointed out that certain steaks we were bogo free.

  We were able to find everything very easily. Everything was organized and where you expected it to be. We had an awesome experience in the meat department tonight with one of the employees there. Her name is Maria. She was more than happy to help us. She was very nice, very pleasant, very polite, very courteous and just a pleasure to talk to. She suggested a solution to a special request we had and we were more than happy when we left. She is definitely an asset to Publix. It is employees like Maria, that make you want to revisit that Publix and do your shopping there! Great job Maria!

  This store is clean, always well stocked, employees are friendly and helpful, and checkout is always fast. It's wonderful that they always offer to take my groceries to my car and unload them for me as well. I highly recommend this store!

  This is a very busy store, but the employees are fantastic! I was shopping with my 4 month old today, we get done, and it was absolutely POURING rain. Not only did they hold my cart for me under the overhang, a second employee walked us to the car and held an umbrella while I got my son into his car seat. Nobody beats publix on customer service! Thank you for being awesome!

  I've never been to a Publix that wasn't​ great! Every Publix I've been to gives me exceptionally fast and friendly service and this store was no exception! Not to mention I love how the store smells like fresh baked bread in the morning so kudos to bakery!
