Old Naples doesn't have many hotels and this one is the best located in terms of location between the beach and food/drinks. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very well sized as was the bathroom. Our balcony, which overlooked 5th, was also very big. Great spot for a nightcap or sunrise breakfast. Parking was free and I was always able to find a spot. There is valet as well.
Maintenance is a bit of an issue here. Most plug-ins could not hold plugs inthey would literally fall out if not supported in some additional way. Our room had plaster/wall/trim damage, even a hole in the bathroom wall. Caulking in the shower was ratty and peeling away. The sliding door for the closet was nearly non functional and it's floor track was full of dirt. When you look at things closely the room is pretty tired. The shower literally took 10 minutes each morning to receive hot/steamy water (which once you understood this you could plan for, still it was pretty odd). Given charge during the busy season we were surprised by these shortcomings.
In the end the maintenance issues were overshadowed by the fantastic location. If it wasn't for the great location I'd have given it 3 stars.
If you just want to hit the beach and eat/drink the night away, this is your spot. We'd stay here again.
Great service with really nice and helpful employees. Super location. Would definitely stay again.
The energy alone in this community is breathtaking💛 I was excited to accompany an event and assist with promoting a sparkling water beverage company. I met some fascinating people who extended so much kindness. The Class and standard this area upholds is exceptional!!
This was my second stay at the Inn, and it's a lovely place in a great location among many shops and restaurants in downtown Naples. Rooms are fairly spacious, and there's a lovely pool and spa. I did wish they had an on-site restaurant for quick breakfasts and lunches.
Excellent hotel in every way. Location, service, rooms and facilities are second to none! The valet guys (especially Juan, Enrique and Matt) were superb and a real credit to the hotel. They are more than happy to run you down to the pier in the hotel Escalade or even better their new Tesla X which is absolutely amazing! The free valet or self parking was a welcome addition too. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Naples.
Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Our visit was made more special by an upgrade after one night due to flooding..the suites are truly amazing. The valet staff in particular are super, can't do enough for you.
Beautiful decor. Great location. Friendly staff. A lot of food options nearby. We had a great time.
We booked 4 rooms here for my moms 80th birthday weekend celebration. Sadly, the hotel fell short of our expectations. The suite we booked for my mom was at the end of a very long hallway. Because they have 4-5 steps [ that she could not manage ]in the middle of the hallway floor leading to her room we were forced to use an alternate entrance and exit that had us bypass the hotel garbage each time we went in or out of the hotel.
Pool is only 3ft 6" deep in the deepest parts-
There were no grab bars [ for safety ] in any of our showers in the rooms.
Moldy smell was present in hallways, driven by fans they have set up in the hall outside the room. They are having some electrical issues and in each of our rooms, there were sparks flying when we plugged the irons into the wall outlets. It was as if the outlets were to loose to hold the plugs, thus the sparks. I consider that a safety hazard.
The nicest thing I can say is that they have fantastic bed linens.
Left 2 messages for the owner / manager to discuss our disappointment, but he will not call back or have anyone else call.
Therefore, we won't consider returning and don't recommend this facility
Amazing hotel. Very nice rooms and excellent service. Great location in Naples.
Amazing! The club rooms and service are amazing! Drinks from 5-10 pm and decent continental breakfast. Fifth Ave have a nice assortment of restaurants so dining is pretty good. The beach is a 10 minutes walk and Tin city the same. All in all, great hotel and if I'm back in Naples, I'll be back!!!
Amazing service. Amazing location. Amazing Rooms.
This place was awesome! By far our favorite hotel. The club level suites have a self serve liquor bar in the evenings with appetizers. They truly make you feel exclusive and the suite was very spacious! Close to restaurants and conveniently on 5th avenue so you can walk to your favorite shops and restaurants! I would definitely stay here again.
I just got back from a wonderful weekend in Naples. We stayed at the Inn on Fifth and it was lovely. The room was wonderful, the service was perfect, and the amenities were great. They have a pool on the roof that made you feel relaxed, just like sitting around your pool at home. Right out the door are more excellent restaurants than we could ever get to. The beach, which is the Gulf of Mexico, is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. It is a little walk from the hotel, but the walk is by wonderful stores and beautiful homes and estates. You can't beat this place!
