THE HOTEL STAFF WAS WARM AND FRIENDLY. EXCELLENT LOCATION ESPECIALLY VAN SERVICE TO THE GOLF AND TENNIS HOTEL. WE WERE ABLE TO PLAY GOLF OR TENNIS DAILY. THE ROOMS NEED UPDATING BUT THE PRICE IS RIGHT. LOOKING FORWARD TO VACATION THERE IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS.
Location was great as it's situated on the water, a nice dock available to park your boat. Plenty to do around it's location. Cool history with Edison, Ford and Firestone. Rooms were a bit dated. Staff was friendly, eager to help.
Staff was exceedingly kind during a tough time with hurricane Irma. All the way down to the maintenance people, everyone bent over backwards to deliver excellent service. The hotel overlooks Naples Bay. It was nice to see that view every morning. The room had sort of an old Florida nautical theme and the room was nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable, room was kept spotless. Pricing was very fair.
The hotel patio restaurant and bar was good and overlooks the bay as well. Service was excellent.
Overpriced for what they offered. Most hole in the wall hotel/motel options, provide a fridge, microwave, and few other amenities. Bayfront offered none of that, and nearly double the price. Never again.
Probably one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. Very small room. Very small beds that were uncomfortable with squishy pillows. The showers took a long time to heat up. They kinda/sorta offer a shuttle service. However, it was like pulling teeth to even get the rude desk man to find out any type of information about the service the hotel offered. Then, after being dropped off we were informed we would nit be picked up because it would be after 4:30. The time they stop shuttle service. WHAT? My kids and I had to walk in the blazing sun back to the hotel. There is no free coffee at anytime. The only water offered for free near the lobby had too many cucumbers in it. Tasted like we were eating a cucumber. There was one very nice man working the front desk and also a VERY RUDE man who could barely be bothered to talk to us. Oh, and our first room was dirty, had sunflower seeds, crumbs and paint chips all over the floor. The pool was very beautiful, great workmanship and a perfect temperature. The only saving grace of our night. Be prepared to sign out/in pool towels from the front desk. They weren't even soft or new. The restaurant on site closed at 9pm and there is no room service. Had to order food delivered. Then, after eating found out the room did NOT have a refrigerator! WHAT? We had to throw away our leftovers. We checked out early!!
Thank you to such professional, kind, caring staff. Here post Irma, enjoyed comfort, good food, and every assistance. The two young men at front desk were most helpful. Olivia was a sweet lady who was quick to help but and chat. Bellman helped me with heavy equipment needed by my wheelchair bound son. Fine woman kept room neat and comfortable. God bless all of you. Visit was a oasis in a be hurricane. Thank you.
We booked a room for us and our kids. The room they gave us was a joke and nothing like what was shown online. It was literally smaller than our bedroom at home and the sofa bed ran into the king bed when open. There was no breathing space at all. I called the front desk and said there must be a mistake but was informed all rooms were that size. We left and checked into another hotel that was much better. Pretty lobby but that's about it. If you have more than one or two people in your party don't even bother.
I haven't stayed here, but I got the chance to tour the facility recently. I am working with them on some potential stay and play packages and they are promoting our facility as their official home course. Great location, lovely pool, lots of meeting space, rooms with views overlooking the water Just an awesome hotel. The next time we plan a staycation, we will look at staying here. Oh, and they have boats Several boats that they own. What a cool boutique hotel. Enjoy!
Nice hotel on the water with great views. We have stayed here twice and have been satisfied with both of our stays. The rooms could use a slight bit of updating and the people at the front desk are not quite the friendliest. Beautiful views of the water and adjacent shopping/dining complex especially while having breakfast out on the patio. The pool is very small but if you're at the beach primarily it's not bad. It is a great location because you can walk down to all the shops and dining on 5th Ave.
We drove from Minnesota for our honeymoon here. We arrived a little after check in time which was 3. Our room was not ready yet. In our booking I mentioned it was our honeymoon but when we arrived no one even commented on it. Not that I expect special treatment but you'd think they would be appreciative we picked their hotel to honeymoon at. We had a JR suite which was a little more than an average room but it was not worth the extra. Basic hotel room if you ask me, and our window had the "city view" which was extremely noisy. We weren't in our room much but mornings were loud with traffic below. Pool was nice and warm however and hottub was hot hot hot so beware. Breakfast in the morning was muffin fruit and yogurt, nothing special at all but it was nice to be able to eat out on the terrace that overlooked the bay. Housekeeping ladies were wonderful and friendly and always wanting to make sure we had everything we need which was refreshing!!
All in all the stay was okay but we won't be back. Not worth the price you pay.
Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice. Bed was a little stiff. We had a room on the top floor facing the bay, which was nice. Pool and hot tub were just fine. There is a restaurant and bar here, but we did not get a chance to check it out. I recommend skipping the continental breakfast and head to EJ's which you can walk to.
Great bay view. Nice, clean, and comfortable rooms. Attractive lobby and deck. Continental breakfast was lacking. Little dairy free options, could use eggs, toast, and bagels too. Would stay at hotel again.
We had our wedding party stay here and we really enjoyed our experience! Pam was easy to work with and put up a bride like me :) We LOVED Jeffery the bartender and he made our trip. Thanks guys and oh the location was awesome and close to everything
