Cozy, quaint hotel in the heart of Naples. Two blocks from 5th Avenue. Rooms are quiet and staff are helpful. Good point conversion if you are booking through a credit card rewards program.

We stayed at the Trianon for 4 nights while on our mini vaca in Naples. The hotel staff was excellent. The cleanliness was super. The pool water was perfect. We recommend the Trianon and will be back!

Great location. Close to shops and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the beach. Friendly staff. Rooms comfy. Great pool. Only negative bed too hard for me.

A lovely hotel. The staff are friendly and most helpful. My room was spacious and peaceful. It's centrally located in downtown Naples and in walking distance for casual or fine dining, entertainment, shops/boutiques, and the pier (about a 15 min walk). I highly recommend this place and I hope you return.

Lovely hotel, well presented inside and out. Spacious rooms, friendly staff and sophisticated chic pool, lobby and bar area. Fantastic location for shops, restaurants, beach, marina and the famous pier. Downside was the limited drinks menu and lack of a self service inclusive breakfast. Very clean and well maintained

My husband and I came here for part of our honeymoon. The website we booked the room through said we would be booked for either a king or two double beds. So we called right after booking (non refundable of course) and asked for a king room. They said there was nothing they could do and had already booked us for the two doubles. We booked over a month in advance, and they were not full at the time but were not willing to make the switch.
We asked again once we got here but apparently they were booked solid and couldn't get us a different room.
The breakfast is premade/prepackaged bagels and breads and oatmeal that you have to pay extra for.
And housekeeping walked into our room at 9am after they only knocked once. Woke us up, we said to come back later, and they walked in anyway.
Its a nice (but obviously older and could use some updating) hotel and the location is fantastic (only a mile to the pier and just a couple blocks from lots of restaurants). I was just expecting a little more customer service I suppose.response / report this review -

Walk to all the area shopping and restaurants. Quiet, safe, free parking, clean, and welcoming staff. We will be back and we recommend 100%.

Spacious rooms, very comfortable and clean. Excellent continental breakfast. Pool was not enormous, but large enough for dipping and a few strokes, quiet and relaxing. Reception staff helpful, friendly and courteous. 5 - 10 minutes travel to main restaurant and shopping areas.

Great place for the price. Good location. Tempurpedic mattresses were great as well as the pillows. Read about a free breakfast but after arriving it was not. Not a game changer though. Just paid elsewhere for a better breakfast.
