The room was well cleaned and organized at arrival, and an excellent customer service team, restaurant was closed for remodeling it seems but it was well overall

My company sends me and my crew to do a job in Naples and we staying at Bellasera and we love it full kitchen since we take turns cooking and laundry room in the room . Also the people are great. Robin is always at the front desk when we show up to check in and it's nice to see a friendly and familiar face every time. Two thumbs up!!!!!

Bellasera Resort was absolutely lovely! When we got there, we were welcomed by the receptionist and our check in process went smoothly. We got to the room and we loved it. It was comfortable and we had a view of the outdoor pool. It was raining so we stayed in for the night and watched TV and later took advantage of the jacuzzi tub. The next day we realized there was an issue with the room and we got upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite, which again was beautiful and appreciated. The manager and staff was really accommodating and made our stay absolutely wonderful. I would recommend Bellasera to anyone looking for a hotel in the Naples area, cause for sure, I'll definitely be back. Thanks guys! See you soon!

Visited on 7/7/17-7/1017 for my honeymoon vacation and my wife Andrea and I was very pleased. We didn't like our room and the staff immediately upgrade us to a 2 bedroom suite. The 2 courtesy aides are very friendly and ready to take you anywhere within a 5 miles radius. The restaurant and bar in the lobby is very intimate and the food is delicious. If I visit Naples again We will definitely be staying at the Bellasera Resort

I really enjoyed staying at this resort. The parking I feel was a little difficult because if you didn't park near by, you have to lug your bags pretty far. You can park in front of your room but since it's only a one way you'd block whoever is behind you. The pool area was super packed when we went (middle of summer so it was expected). There was pool staff coming to take food and drink orders, I thought that was a really nice feature. We had some bites from their restaurant and everything was very good. The rooms are large and spacious. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen and living room area with a screened patio. The hotel is nearby downtown and beaches. They have complimentary bikes to ride around the city and shuttle service.

Their service was great and it's a clean establishment but there are additional fees. There is a $18 amenity fee for what I think should be basic services such as WIFI, pool towels and housekeeping. They claim that unfortubately it's not disclosed when you don't book directly from them, and they have no control over it. In addition to that, when you check in they ask for your credit card info, as most hotels do, and tell you that the amount will be held and then released when you leave. But then upon check out that's when they spring on you that there's an amenity fee

This hotel is really nice and well suited for holiday feeling. The location is just 2-3 blocks from Naples Fifth Avenue -walking time is max. 10 minutes- with many good restaurants and shops. You arrive at a big and easy parking lot, no charge.

Based on the reviews from trip advisor this was supposed to been "outstanding upper end property" not the case. The mattress was hard as a rock aka " ultra firm" and when investigated 14 years old. This is way out of line by both upper end and frankly by all hotel standards.

We stayed here during a trip around Florida. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment and it was amazing. The apartment was really large and had a dining area, lounge are, big fridge and all the cooking facilities you could need. We made use of the washing/dryer facilities as we'd been on the road for a while at this time.

This was our first trip to Naples and to Bellasera. We would definitely come back. The customer service was top notch. The bar and wait staff were so friendly. Only a couple of blocks from 5th Avenue - and has a shuttle service. Room was very comfortable and overlooked the pool. Beautiful sunrise the next day. Would highly recommend checking it out.
