Loved the place ! The people there are very nice .the room is very cosy . no shampoos and conditioners . the breakfast didn't have much choices that's why it got a point down . but the heated swimming pool that stays open till 10 pm was nice to enjoy after the sun was down.

How can you beat $69 a night with free breakfast on the gulf coast of Florida? The staff at the front desk are all friendly, actually friendly to the point of inviting questions. They're ready to help. The young ladies running the breakfast foods are attentive and even kept food out well past the 9:00 end time for a week day. It's 10:00 on the weekend. All the ladies that work there are cheerful and do a great job on the rooms- ours was a bit of a disaster. The hotel is a quick ride to the beach. There's a nice pool out back with a lift for a disabled person. The patio around the pool is furnished with plenty of tables, chairs and lounge chairs.
Although the room don't have queen size beds, all 6 of us slept well. Each room is equipped with a nice fridge and microwave, a hairdryer, coffee maker and safe. There are 2 nice comfy chairs and a desk chair. Oh! And a tv and free wifi!
This is my second visit and I had no idea but it's a pet hotel! They keep all the pets on the first floor so barking doesn't disturb those w/o pets!
All for $69 a night! What a deal!

I stay at this location often. Both leisure and business. I have always had good experiences. One time had bedbug issue year ago, but was compensated by corporate. Manager on premises wasn't very concerning or professional. But I love the rewards program, and plan to stay again

Location is fine. Furniture is stained, absolutely no in room amenities except a bar of soap and a shampoo. Front desk people are nice. Breakfast is just tiny yogurts, toast, bagels, and one of those make a waffle things.

I wish I could leave a negative star rating, or at least a zero. My handicapped mother booked a room here, at a hotel that specifically advertises itself as being accessible. Upon arrival, the accessibility button on the front door is not in service. The doors are heavy, and she is not capable of opening the door for herself, so each trip in and out requires a person's assistance. Now, upon arrival back at the hotel this evening, the elevator is out. Not functioning. Now I realize that an elevator can have issues, but it was somehow not a priority (like the door button) for it to be fixed until there was an impossible scenario. Her medicines are in the room, her dinner, her insulin, etc. An offer was made for housekeeping to pack up her belongings and move her to a ground floor room, but clearly their lack of regard and attention to detail say that allowing them to pack her belongings would not be a good idea. Who wants a stranger rummaging through their belongings?? After several hours, an elevator company came and hand-hoisted the elevator to her floor and as I write this, she is TRAPPED off the ground floor, with no way out. The hotel says that sometime overnight it will be fixed. I am shocked and appalled at this hotel. Everyone has a bad day; things break, but how they are handled is where customer service shines. This place flopped.

This hotel is very decent and modest. In my opinion it is a great hotel for the peace, and convenient location. Close to the beaches, and commercial centers. The place is very nice we had no problems with staff or our rooms. Everything was very welcoming and neat. Free breakfast is a plus and delicious. This hotel is also pet friendly, I saw several dogs at the hotel of all sizes and breeds so I assume it is nice to bring your dog here.
