Locations was great, right in the middle of everything. Rooms were nice only problem was tv did not have great signal.
I will leave 2 stars for this hotel as all it deserves. Im not exactly sure how this "hotel" got a 3 star rating but one simple can't take a 2 star motel with an individual entrances and make it a 3 star hotel. Couple reasons why. There is no: 24/7 service, doorman, bellboy, elevator ( yes you will carry your bags up the stairs so pack lightly), motel like entrance from the outside, broken equipment, etc. Not to mention walls are paper thin and you can hear TV running in the room above you.
If you expect 3 star experience please stay somewhere else and save your money.
Room was fine, visited family staying there. Good access to activities in Naples
Staying here for many years. Staff is always super friendly, rooms are always clean, courtyard is well maintained, pool area is great, free breakfast is okay, Lowdermilk Beach is just around the corner, Coastland Center is around the corner, Naples pier is around the corner, parking is free and plenty of space, rates are very reasonable. Will definitely come back next time.
It was a nice hotel room. The breakfast was was good. The bathroom could use some work. The tube felt lile there was water between the ground and the porcelain.
Recommend this hotel. Clean, very comfortable bed and the location is good. You still have to drive everywhere - but at least it is a short drive from here. Pool was good - deep at one end and hot as a bath! Staff were all good. Downsides are the bathrooms are quite small and it isn't environmentally friendly, e.g. at breakfast they use paper plates rather than reusable crockery, but overall the hotel is very good.
Visited Ramada Naples with my son and we had a great experience. Location was good. Shopping five minutes away. Five minutes to the beach too. Clean hotel with a nice pool area and professional service minded staff. Seems to be located in a calm area. Nothing disturbed us at all.
Very beautiful and well-kept motel. The staff is friendly and accommodatingon our second night, we realized that the air unit was malfunctioning and the carpet had become wet. After explaining the situation to the desk clerk, we were told by the manager personally that maintenance would go to the room BUT we were going to be placed in another room! It was a concern that the room would be moldy due to the excess moisture---Kudos to this hotel! Top-rate customer service. Thank you for considering our health and comfort during our vacation.
Very nice and clean room. Staff were very nice. Room was well stocked with towels, pillows, etc. Bathroom was pretty small but that is a small complaint.
Stopped in for a drink and an appetizer. Drinks were great and so was the fish dip. Will come back to try dinner. Staff was good too
Front desk was courteous and the there was a decent breakfast buffet. Great location. Unfortunately, there were roaches in the room by the vanity and had one by the phone in the room. Room was on second level, which means not very good pest control program in hotel.
Awesome menu, not like any other bar fare around town. I hope this place stays around for a long time. You can tell the staff cares about the guests and doing a good job for them!
Nice location. Clean. Short drive to Lowder Mill Park/Beach. The morning breakfast could use more variety. Stayed for 5 nights and they have 4 hot items (scrambled egg, sausage patties, corned beef hash, potatoes) that stay the same during the week and on Saturday Sunday they swap 3 of them (egg shaped in circles, sausage patties, biscuits, sausage gravy), but go right back to the same 4 on monday. The fruit/bread/pastries/cereal all stay the same. Overall would stay again, just would plan to eat breakfast out to get variety. (Einstein Bagels and Another Broken Egg are nearby breakfast options.) If your like us we don't use housekeeping while staying in hotels, however here they have a policy due to the local heat and humidity they have to clean your room at least every other day.
