What a disgust! The pictures on their site are nothing what it really looks like!!
This hotel has crack heads & prostitutes all over the hotel
(one was shooting up sitting on the parking lot in front of the hotel) our room was so dirty& there was a roach with termites in our room, no phones nor smoke alarms and the door locks are broken ..our shower had mold and the walls are so thin that we could hear the persons ( lady screaming)next to us having sex" so grossed out!" I couldn't believe how cops could just drive by after all these people( pretty obvious) are prostituting and on drugs and not do a thing..someone even started banging on our door at 4 am.. in all honesty just because it's cheap your life or your children's life isn't,pay them extra $40 and stay somewhere else that's safe& clean where you'll have peace of mind ,after all that's what vacation is all about.. Ooh! And why the heck don't they really put up pictures on how ugly there pool really is?!? Its dirty & Slimy! Please please! Don't make the same mistake we did because once you book your money isn't refundable and you'll have to stay!response / report this review -

Location was close to downtown , liked that. It was. Rainy and cold the heat in the room did not work Ugh!!! The Tv only got 1 channel. The tub was cracked and the fix was to put putty on it. Would not recommend even for the cheap price!!!! You get what you pay foe I guess

Nothing at all like the pictures ! Carpet was wet, smelled strong of mildew and cigarettes. There was a huge hole cut out in the wall exposing piping, no mirror in bathroom, I imagine this is what jail would feel like. A lot of roaches and I got bed bug or flea bites. Towels and linen were dirty, I asked guy if I was at the correct location and advised oh only 5 rooms were updated and those rooms have been booked for the night. We couldn’t get a refund so crashed for 2.5 hours and decided to take our loss and go else where because of strong odor in the room. On top of all that no toilet paper provided, door lock was broken so anyone could push it open and window latch broken as well so felt very unsafe the time we were here. I would not recommend to anyone with a family. When we went to turn in keys in morning their breakfast was a joke as well. Brown rotten bananas and donuts with flies all over. Pay extra and avoid this place at all costs

All the rooms are being remodeled. They look awesome nowwas there 4 years ago and its so much better now.

My boyfriend and I rented room for two weeks , room #126 is awesome, air conditioner works awesome, clean room and bathroom everyday, extra towels, tv works good .. and pool is awesome!!! Staff makes u feel welcome

They're in the middle of changing owners so that's something to consider. Rented the room thru a 3rd party website and saved 30 bucks! Keep that in mind since honestly I don't think it's worth more than 60 a night right now. There are crack heads and prostitutes around so if mind don't stay here. The room we got has already been changed. BUT they left the old bed sheets in the room and all the plastic and labels were still on the new items. One towel 😞 good thing I always carry my own.

Well.. Ha. Just No. If there was an option for zero stars I'd take it. First night found a crackpipe in the medicine cabinet, dried dog urine in the bathroom. The bathroom floor and tub was covered in long black hair. Mine is short and red.. So not mine. There was dried blood and long black hairs all over the sheets and pillows. There were cigarette butts in the outlet under the mirror. The water shut off valve sprayed water all over the bathroom. The headboard of my sons bed fell off the wall the lights flickered in the bathroom there was no cold water in the shower. The toilets have to be flushed 2 times every use. The neighbors found a bottle of urine in the pool. The table between the beds was slanted backwards and everything would slide backwards not to mention the issue we had with roaches in the room. After we checked out they charged us for the headboard even though it had fallen before any of us had even sat on the beds or touched the beds. The staff was nice but they didn't make right any of the issues that we had. And instead charged us for the issues in their run down dump. Definitely not worth the money to stay there spend the extra 10 dollars to stay ANYWHERE else.

Kasi at the front desk was amazing!!! She went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable, she was very nice and had knowledge of the area to recommend places to go and things to do!! We will definitely stay here again! She was great! The rooms are nice and cozy very home like! Coffee makers inside the rooms nice clean linen! We've stayed several places here in San Antonio and wish we had found this place first

The room did NOT have a refrigerator or microwave. It did have a coffee maker but there was no coffee pot or cupsor coffee. The electrical outlet BEHIND the bed was completely exposed the wall had been removed and there was no coverthere wasn't any towels or wash clothes..OH..NO PHONE!! so I couldn't CALL the front deskI had to walk from my upstairs room..And somehow we were given an upstairs room..my mother is elderly and could barely make it..my kid's got a room down stairs

The staff is very professional and very quick to respond to the needs of their customers. The rooms are delightful and are very well kept. The location is easily accessible to the public and is very welcoming. I would want to visit again.

Should have 0 stars! Arrived to rooms that were listed as updated. Lighting didn't work, toilet immediately overflowed, tub would not drain. That was the good! Drugs being offered by employees while children walked around. Drugs being used out in the open by guests. Nasty, filthy place. Couldn't call office because there was no phone in the room. Walked to office thru walkways that were littered with loose screws and other debris from some remodeling . Place should be condemned!

If I could rate this hotel negative starts I would but the least I can rate is 1 star.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS RUN DOWN HOTEL!
The rooms are extremely filthy (see photos). There's people outside smoking weed and dealing drugs. I was afraid for my family's safety. I booked this hotel on lastminutetravel.com which rated this hotel 3 stars which is way far from that! I returned the key immediately. We did not stay here and I'm in a battle to have my $91.73 refunded. The worst experience ever!response / report this review
