Stayed there for hotel points. They did not have the room as reserved. They ask me if a different room would work. The room they offered was a down grade from the room reserved. After some discussion they finally offered a room better than reserved. I have never before been offered a down grade for the same money. Other than that the stay was fine.

Bed bugs. I am covered in bites as a result of staying at this property and they are denying liability. Recommend that you book elsewhere.

It's a good clean hotel just off the highway. Nothing wrong with it in any way. Good breakfast. The location is a bit noisy but it is what it is.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It's convenient to the highway and allows access to spots above San Antonio like the natural bridge caverns and also a quick ride to the river walk and other attractions. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Staff here are greatpersonable and helpful. We had a snag at breakfast on a busy Saturday, apparently someone was on vacation and this wasn't communicated to the person expected to fill in for them but the front desk staff tried to help the best they could. The 4th floor was quiet during the week but a hallway rave on the weekend. One could smell the chlorine from the pool all the way to the top floor but perhaps that was because of all the slick puddles on the ground and elevator floors? The room appeared fairly clean upon check-in but no maid or towel service during our stay?

Overnight guest at this hotel. When I got to my room the curtains were open and the room temp was above 80. The ac Unit didn't seem to be working. I spoke with the Mgr at the front desk and said that he would move me to another room if I wanted to since the maintenance team was gone for the day. I went out for dinner and the room had cooled down since I closed the curtains. The front desk followed up and asked if I still wanted to change rooms. I told them I would be fine. I would say the customer service at this hotel was good. I would only suggest that house keeping keep the curtains closed seeing how it was near 100 degree temp and the room was facing the setting sun.

Clean and quiet. Nice gym as limited service hotels go.

I called the hotel to speak with the sales director, I was told they didn't know who she was so I asked for the GM. Amy the front desk agent who answered the phone put a man named Denis on the phone, he stated the GM didn't know anything because he had only been there 2 or 3 weeks.. Denis was extremely rude, he tried to argue with me about the sales director I spoken to and hung up the phone in my face after I asked for the corporate number. I called back but he tried to interrogate me about who I was so he could somehow justify him hanging up the phone in my face. I asked for the general manager Anthony but he never came to the phone. All you can hear is lots of laughter in the background. The people in this place are extremely unprofessional and relaxed at work. I'm not sure what kind of people they have attacking the customers or the GM who is clearly unqualified to deal with the employees outside of a friendship level but our group will never give them our business again.

I really liked using my points from HHonors and getting a 30% discount on my room. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Sink counter is too tall. I am 6ft and I had trouble with it. Other than that it is a nice place to stay.

VERY nice hotel. Great staff. Big clean rooms. Breakfast is wonderful - such a variety and not just a cheap continental breakfast. Homemade potatoes, fresh cut fruit, omelets, and so much more YUM! lol. I have stayed here many times and this is my favorite hotel; I wish all hotels were like this!
