Rooms are very spacious and clean! Prices were reasonable. Hotel was under construction, but not bothersome. Friendly staff. Location was great, tons of fun stuff near by!

I like the location friendly staff clean and neat. The free breakfast is good, they have complementary apples, hot coffee and water 24/7.

Excellent staff and great rooms for the price! Spent a good amount of time in the pool. Hotel is clean and well maintained with a shopping center nearby for your entertainment and dining needs.

We stayed at this hotel while our home was being remodeled. The rooms are great; the staff is wonderful, specially Ana at the front desk; breakfast could be better though. Highly recommended. Worth the price.

Stayed in here for a corporate event and service was awesome considering how many people they were dealing with. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, and it's close to movie theater and eateries. I would definitely stay here again.

BED BUGS !!
I have been a Diamond Elite member with Choice for many years.
On 7/30/17 my wife stayed in room 209 for 4 nights. She complained to me about these bites on her but blew it off as spider or something.
she returned 08/03/17 and stayed in room 421. This time she woke up at 3am because of something bitting her. She pulled back the sheets and saw many bugs in the bed. She had bites all over her stomach, legs and arms. She took pictures of the bites and bugs, she killed 6 bugs and put one in a plastic bag.
She called the front desk and the man came up right away. He saw the bites on her legs and arms, he saw the bloody dead bugs on the sheets and he took the one in the plastic bag. Then he moved her to a different room. Next morning she checked out and moved to different hotel.
I called the Manager , Ralf Castro to discuss this incident, I really like this hotel and want to stay here. All I wanted from the manager was reassurance that the bugs would be exterminated and the problem resolved. BUT INSTEAD Ralf denied having BED BUGS, even after seeing the bugs smashed on the sheets and having one in a bag. With an Manager like this staying at this Hotel is a mistake unless you want BED BUGS.response / report this review -

Friendly staffmostly. First of all, let me say that Cole at the front desk, was awesome! Great personality! In fact, the gentlemen I encountered during my stay were all nice. However, I came into the hotel yesterday and encountered a female who I hadn't seen before. Out of my peripheral, I could see her watching me as I perused the open snack wall for a candy bar and took it to the counter to make the purchase. As I stood there waiting for her to ring it up, she stared at her computer screen. I asked, "this is where I pay for it, right?" She said she was still logging in. She logged in and asked me for my room number. Hesitantly, I told her, but then asked if a room number was necessary to purchase a candy bar. She said she just needed to make sure(longest pause ever)(still waiting)(mumbling)(I stand there with arms folded tapping foot on floor)uhhhmmmmumbling about "you're registered at the hotel"? Then she stepped aside to go do something else, leaving me still waiting to purchase a freakin chocolate bar? To which I replied Never mind and made my way back to my room. When I left and came back later in the evening, I encountered a man at the front desk I hadn't seen before. No questions, very nice, simple transaction. I told him about the earlier incident and he said there was a new girl working there. Because of the superior service so far, I won't make anything of the incident. Also, there were kids running and jumping in the hotel late in the evening. I called down to the front desk and I believe they contacted the perpetrators (although it continued sporadically thereafter). The breakfast was nice. There were attendants on staff in the dining area who were very attentive. The spread included Texas shaped waffles, eggs (boiled and scrambled), sausage, tortillas, oatmeal, muffins, cereals, coffee, tea, milk, fruit, yogurt, pastries, fruit juice. The entire hotel was clean. There is an outdoor pool. It's in the middle of a shopping area, so good deal. So far, so good.

The location was in a beautiful area next to a wonderful shopping mall. The restaurants around the hotel we're also delicious. The service was exceptional and the staff was incredibly friendly. I would absolutly stay there again.
