Photos speak for themselves. The free Wifi could not reach past the first building and when asked, the young guy at the front sounded dumbfounded about it not working. There was one battery in the remote and was told they'd get some later in the week. The Tv set was broken and had bad coloring of the screen, the safe was ripped from the wall and the sheets and towels were heavily stained. The floors and walls were dirty. If you are REALLLLLLY desperate for a place to stay it was cheap but $10 more would have really benefitted me to stay somewhere else. They just don't care about their facility as you can tell by the cleanliness, or lack there of.

The rooms was very dirty. Bed was clean. I had to kill giant silver fish. Seen some roaches outside my room. Staff was nice the people staying there a little crazy. I had one guy ask if I wanted some drugs. A guy sitting outside with his kid made me feel like his wife was a hooker waiting for her to get done. Would never stay again

If cockroach infested, moldy, slum style living is what you desire, the fiesta inn and suites is the place for you. When checking my bed for bedbugs, something necessary for a motel of this condition, I was disturbed to find hairs of different lengths and colors throughout the sheets. Cabinets and drawers were largely non functioning, assuming that they weren't completely removed from the room. When I called the management to voice my concerns, I was blown off initially and hung up on. Only when I went to the front desk was I able to talk to the manager, who couldn't offer me any clean sheets. This place is a dump.

We went to check in today, room was not ready nor would it be until 4p, while the gentleman in front of us got his room. The receptionist proceeded to tell us that it was a 2 star and we might not want to stay there if we seen the room. She talked us right out of it and into a 4 star hotel dowm the road.

This may have been the worst experience of my life. We were trapped here because we could not afford to move. I'm embarrassed to say I had my family here. If it is here or a shelter, I might consider the shelter. This place is not just filthy it is filthy to the point of being unsafe. It is totally gross with black mold and is infested with cockroaches. I mean just not normal, this is a hot humid environment, but infested with cockroaches.

It's full of rats, cockroaches, trash and in horrible disrepair. The things in the rooms are so old and in bad shape that they would be rejected by a thrift store. You can count on your children getting bit by bed bugs as they have an infestation (and the local school system will tell you that.) The really fun thing is they allow people to keep animals and there are tons of feral cats on the property so your child will get fleas in their hair.

The management here is beyond horrible. You have the older lady with red hair whose first name starts with a B, who will yells and belittling people. They are just bad people. They lie constantly, you can ignore anything you are told. The prices are made up as they go.

You can always count on prostitutes and drugs being around as well as actual homeless people walking around. The
Police are constantly there. I have seen the police actually there laying siege to a room throwing flash bang gernades into a room. They have to have health inspector's accompanied by Police and they will pound on every door there screaming "search warrant".

I beg to you, if you have any other option do not live there (this place is almost totally residential people who have no place to go) and my God why anyone would use it as a overnight normal hotel is beyond belief. If you are a bunch of Mexican construction worker's living 10 deep in a room. Horrible place, should be closed down and bulldozed.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. It is filthy, dangerous and expensive. I am humbled and humiliated I ever had my family here.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was nasty the room smelled the bed and the couch were sticky the bathroom was stained everywhere the towels smelled bad The main door to the room had a hole between the lock and the wall. As I was waiting to check in the employees were scrambling to fix things it was complaint after complaint from people staying there I was too late to cancel that day but I cancelled other days I had planned staying there. On the plus side the woman who was working the front she was really helpful and did her job very professional despite other staff coming in and out cussing away. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone I usually do not complain but I feel I need to let people know to save your money. The pictures online are not what it is really like.

DO NOT GO HERE I'M WARNING YOU. YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION I PROMISE YOU!!! I WAS HERE ONLY FOR TEN MINUTES AND WHEN I WALKED INTO THE ROOM I SAW ROACHES ON THE WALLS AND FLOORS. GROSS! IT ALSO SMELLED LIKE SOMEONE HAD BEEN SMOKING WEED IN THE ROOM. DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE BEDS. BED BUGS RESIDE IN THE MATTRESS I COULD SEE THEM CRAWLING ON THE SHEETS. I WENT TO ANOTHER ROOM TO SEE IF IT WOULD BE ANY BETTER HAHA NO. THE OTHER ROOM WAS THE SAME EXCEPT IT SMELLED LIKE GAS INSIDE THE ROOM. ALSO YOU DON'T FEEL VERY SAFE HERE E.X PROSTITUTES, HOOKERS,DRUG DEALERS NOT SAFE AT ALL. I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL OPEN. YOU WILL THANK ME LATER FOR NOT STAYING HERE. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE 5 STARS! OH AND FYI THE PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE ARE A GOOD EXAMPLE OF HYPOCRISY.

The bad: Always infested with insects, poor cleaning staff and bad maintenance. Reported broken AC every day for a week but nobody ever even looked at it. Hg, low, low water pressure, tub surface peeling off, guest laundry facilities mostly out of order most of the time. Noisy, full of hookers, druggies, and dope dealers.
Good points include lowest rates in town, good location, some rooms are large like real apartments. Kitchens, office also has convenience store items (Bombay Bonanza! Motel *AND* C-Store in one!).

Stayed here for 2 nights. At arrival, we were given a hideous double bedroom located on the second floor. The room was penetrated by cigarette smoke, infested with roaches, beds were hard as rock, burnt, stained, ripped, and old as my great great great grandparents. After going back to the office to ask for another room, we were moved to a room on the first floor. This room was slightly better; however still below standards. People staying at the hotel are also another reason not to stay here. Roudy, sketchy looking people wonder the halls at all times, making you feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I even witnessed an altercation between 2 guys. Go ahead and spend a few more dollars and book some place else.

I rarely post a business review, but I feel I need to take this step to help humanity. DO NOT RESERVE A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL.
I don't mind paying a little less and getting a little less while traveling, but this business is unacceptable beyond compare. Read every bad review listed here, multiply them by 10 and you're still nowhere close to how awful this hotel is.

    Bugs? Check.
    Prostitutes? Check.
    Broken down furniture? Check.
    Smoke & horrible odor? Check.
    Transients hanging around? Check.
    Cloudy, dirty pool? Check.
Unsettling feeling, fear for safety? Check.
    No refund? Check.
Total waste of time & money? Check.

I stayed15 minutes, cut my losses and booked the Quaity Inn a couple of blocks away. According to them, that happens A LOT.

Book Fiesta at your own risk. Seriosly.

Easily 5 stars. I MEAN COME ON. 25 DOLLARS A NIGHT HELL YEAH. If you don't mind the occasional murder and sound of hate sex, this place is for you. If you are single and ready to mingle for 10 bucks an hour, I recommend Diamond Rodriguez. She really rocks your world! If you want a fun weekend at San Antonio, this is the place to stay!
