Very close to universal studios, about a $6-7 Uber they also have a free shuttle but we didn't mess with that. Beds say queen but you can expect two full sizes. The free breakfast wasn't bad. I'd stay again.

We had an amazing experience here. Complimentary shuttle to Universal, cookies, hot breakfast, coffee/tea - I could go on! The staff were so personable and helpful. There are also some restaurants within walking distance if you are visiting Orlando and not renting a car. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn!

I have never experienced such poor customer service as I did in this establishment. I am Hilton Honors member and I usually prefer to stay at Hilton properties. The weekend I visited most of Orlando was sold out. Sold out to the point that this property cancelled my reservation and rebooked it in the time that I was on the airplane to get there. When I spoke with the manager I was informed it is the customers responsibility to make sure all payment forms are correct 72 hours prior to arrival. When I booked the room over the phone with Hilton, I was told it didn't matter what card was on file and I could change it on arrival. I have done this many times in the past. I also responded to the phone calls and emails I received from the hotel and provided new card information to ensure my room. When I landed, the room was still gone as I was told I had not called the right number that goes straight to the front desk. I informed her I called the number in the email and the person answered is if they were at that location. We eventually did get a room, but theres was lots of maintenance problems. I've never had a problem with changing my card on file and I've never been told it's my fault and I will have to find a new hotel room. The manager also didn't seem to understand the issue with making contact while I was on a plane the day of. Horrible experience and I will never be using this brand again.

Great location in walking distance of Universal parks. There is a shuttle to bring you to Universal or Disney. The rooms were clean and the service was great.

I stayed here last week for a family trip to universal and was so very pleased with the hotel! The customer service is wonderful! Everyone went out of their was to make sure we had an excellent stay! They have coffee on tap and fresh cookies in the afternoon. There is also continental breakfast included that was actually good! They also have baggie breakfast you can take if you don’t have time to eat. I would highly recommend this as an affordable and great stay!

The staff here is always super friendly and helpful.. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It's the first Hampton I've ever had towel animals waiting on my bed each night. :)

The Hampton closest to universal is a great place to stay. It is far enough off the main road that you don't hear traffic, it has 5 floors for guests to stay, which allows plenty of space. The rooms are spacious and clean when you get there. The bathroom is huge and the water pressure is amazing. The room service is super kind, they have a healthy breakfast in the lobby in mornings, a little bit after breakfast ends at 10, housekeeping comes around 11, at which they make your bed, switch out towels and make sure the room is tidy. Overall a great experience.

The rooms and restrooms are nice with not much to complain about unless you're "Entitled" or used to special treatment and fancy stuff. Outlets everywhere for those who bring their house and a half for electronics. Th e shower never seems to run out of hot water and theres plenty of soap and towls. You know the AC is one when you feel the arctic blast and the drapes are raised about a foot. Room service is nice without me having to worry about stolen items or my stuff getting thrown around. My friends thought the pool was nice. Great if you're looking for a hotel and not a luxury suite.

Location! Location! Location! This place was great and provided everything we needed for our trip. The free breakfast was an awesome way to start out the day and only a 4 minute drive to the parks!

Room was a bit smaller than expected, a little bit of a squeeze for 4 people, but other than that, great stay! It's very close to Universal, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly. They even gave my dad a gift basket for his birthday, and none of us even told them about it to my knowledge.

First of all let me state: I had a great experience with the assistant manager regarding receiving a refund. She was very nice. However, my wife woke up to being bitten by a BED BUG at 1 in the morning. Upon moving some of the bed sheets around, several more were found. We had to make reservations at another hotel and leave in the middle of the night. I think the situation was handled well enough but I personally cannot recommend staying here for that reason.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The air conditioning was outstanding - almost too cool, but that's better than being too hot! Friendly staff with good coffee and a nice breakfast buffet. We were there for a convention and many attendees at this hotel,so it was crowded. Parking was easy. My only complaint: only one working elevator with all of us leaving for morning meetings at the same time or trying to check out with luggage at the same time. Please get the second elevator operating for the guests.
