I have lived here since July i love my apartment spacious areas and the neighborhood is nice , the only reason i can't give 5 stars is because since Caroline has been gon accounts out here are showing extreme charges which are causing elderly and women wit children to move ! I really feel the owner needs to get involved i am one those parents i pay continuously never late ! Every time i asked to speak with owner never can i speak to that person but i see you respond here please respond with contact info

Redemption story! This place was in the dumps till the new company took over. They get all my matience request done and even call to make sure it's fixed! The people in the office are actually friendly and sweet. We have always seen centipides here but they will get the pest guy to come out. Wish I didn't have to move for my new job :(

Also be warned people do smoke outside but they have never messed with me or my family in the two years I've lived here. :)

Caroline is great she works hard to get things done and is working hard to to make the community great. The kids had a place to play we have a pool and a fitness center and more offered to us. It quiet and I feel safe in my community. When I need things done in the apartment Caroline does everything in her power to make it happen. This is my home a kid friendly enviroment which is a plus. Ive been treated right since day one and will be here for a while. Oh i love the fact that im close to all shopping store.

Since the company has been bought out the lady in the office is great to deal with!! Very nice. They follow back up in a timely manner on any maintenance request. This place has gotten a lot better since there are new owners for sure!!

This place is obviously under new management. Checked it out about a year ago and didn't receive much attention or information. The new manager went above and beyond to explain all of my options. The grounds are also now very well kept. Great Experience!

I am a second year college student and I was looking for my first apartment. The manager made me feel very welcome and explained everything to me very well. I did not get half of as much information from any other apartments that I looked at. It is cute and clean. I feel like this would be a good choice for anyone that is looking for a new place to live.
