We have lived here for 2 months and love it. Quiet & clean. The apartments are nice. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I had one maintenance issue - it was taken care of within a matter of hours. Our dachshund loves the dog park. The location is very convenient. I would definitely recommend living here.

Nice apartments overall.
When I moved in, the complimentary garbage can had trash already in it (not in a garbage bag) that I had to dispose of myself. Dishwasher was not hooked up for use. Microwave stops working randomly. Bug problem initially, but has gotten better. Shower water is scalding hot and won't adjust. My main issue is the noise. While there's not much to be done about the noise of people above and below me, my unit is right by the stairs and I constantly hear loud obnoxious people banging on walls and talking loudly. My unit is also right by the tennis/basketball courts where there are a bunch of kids who are extremely loud the majority of the time. I've contacted the courtesy officer once with no response. I would recommend living here, but I would be sure to request a unit located away from the tennis courts and away from the stairwell. Otherwise, I hope you have ear plugs (and even those don't always block out the sound.)response / report this review -

Great place for Chinese exchange students to stay in Atlanta . I don't live here , but my friend Mingzhui, who is at Emory lives here with som roommates . This place has a nice facility and close to Arena .

Lived here for a year plus. Very clean unit with a responsive maintenance team for the few unavoidable issues that did arise. Office staff was also always very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend!

Management doesn't know how to resolve issues properly. The pool is always closed on the hottest days of the summer. The pool is never clean. The property buildings are never clean I have to clean the stairwell myself. Its not the bad however they will charge you legal fee even though they never filed an eviction. Smh The staff is horrible except for Brittany however the rest never customer service skills especially the manager of the property. I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody. This is my last year here.. They promised me a referral fee called me into the office to signed w9 form to recieved referral payment but the next day when I threaten to call corporate they contacted me the next day telling me I no longer qualified becuz my cousin put the name Brittany the rental property name who showed her the apartment I'm not qualified even though she was aware of the error in the beginning but the property management stated she know it was for me but her manager said no All this after I threaten to call corporate.. Horrible place to live at.

Been living here for almost a year and a half. A really convenient location for concert goers and people who want to live OTP. The front office staff is incredibly nice and so willing to help. Definitely recommend.

Just moved here in January with my family of 6 ( toddlers, teenager, young adults, and parents) and we're enjoying it so far. No roaches, no noise complaint, parking is spacious, quiet neighborhood, nice staff in the front office. It's convenient for those who take highway I-85 to work, Kroger is nearby, which is nice bc we shop there all the time. The only small downside is the A/C and heat, but other than that we're very content. Don't judge the reviews and rate stars too much. Invest your time in visiting the apt yourself before making decisions.

Love this place. Clean safe with attentive staff. A place you can truly call home, with all the luxurious amenities of a four star resort - swimming pool, gym, doggy park and children's play area all within a Gated community even a car wash.

I love living here! It's clean and quiet, and it helps that all the residents are pleasant, and I feel safe. Having come from a situation COMPLETELY opposite of here, I am grateful to live somewhere I look forward to coming home to. I really have no complaints

I have been here a month & I have not had any issues. Maintenance has been fast & friendly. I have not had any bug problems or noise issues. My building is pretty quiet & everyone pretty nice. Only complaint is printer in computer room has no ink and you have to bring your own paper but when I asked the office staff for paper they had no issues giving it. Will update if something changes ;-)
