WORST MOVE IN EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD!!! I am typically not the one to leave reviews even if I receive a service that I’m dissatisfied with because any company or business will make mistakes. This property is just unprofessional and horrible with customer service. We were initially showed a unit and of course it was in “perfect condition”. We were advised that’s the unit we would get so we agreed. Time to move in and our leasing agent states oh there was miscommunication with my coworker and they gave your apartment away but we have another unit that has the features you need. Our concern was roommate style and renovated. Well, time to move in again and the unit was given away AGAIN! At this point we’ve turned on electricity and gas which now has to be transferred. Finally, we get keys to the third unit and it’s horrible. You can tell someone just moved out and they just put us in a unit. Upon entrance there was a welcome mat, walls were dirty, a baby roach crawling up the wall, in the master bath a dead “water bug” rolled over, a huge spot in the tub, the light shade for the dining area was on the floor, bathroom dirty in guest bath,stain on carpet floor, and ceilings were molded from a previous leak. Laundry room door didn’t close completely, I won’t start on the walls, and even the maintenance man found a broken light we didn’t even see! The most disturbing issue was neither the leasing agent or property manger had even seen the unit before it was leased out. Never moved in the unit, they stated we couldn’t get any rent money back even though the apartment was not ready. Come to find out the leasing agent lied the second apartment wasn’t renovated or roommate style! Property manager said if we could give her 30 days to find a unit that had the accommodations we needed or she would allow us to move. Never received a call stating “well hey we didn’t have any open vacancies”, which to me is very unprofessional being we’ve payed you rent money for a month and we never moved one item in the unit. The final straw was today when I simply asked for a letter advising we never occupied the unit so we wouldn’t be charged the fees from the gas company. Her response, after I drove there on hold for 15 minutes and waited in the office on hold for 5 minutes, she’s unable to give a letter because she doesn’t know if we were there or not. The apartment is completely gas and it feels like winter outside so you think our gas usage would read 0.00 if we were there???? Which furthermore let’s me know you still never went to the unit because you’d know there was none of our items in the unit! We moved and let’s just say it only took one day, there were two walk ins done before move in, the apartment was clean, and the rooms were bigger. Least I dont have to shut my door to get in my tub now.

lived here for 3 years and enjoyed every moment. had my issues but overall it was great. my neighbors were all good people. near then end of my time there was when i had my issues with some nasty office workers and nasty people that lived there. if you are looking for a place to start off as a single adult with not much money then this place is for you. its near shopping centers and the interstate, and near 2 walmart super center and one walmart market place. one thing they should do is take care of the grounds a bit more, as in clean the breezeways more then just once every 6 months, maybe once a week or once a month but beside that good place to start your life.

You mfers don't deserve this one star! I'm sick and tired and fed up with this complex. Its unsafe for ppl period, and they're inconsiderate asf. The roaches are HORRIBLE!! I NEVER HAD FREAKING BUGS! I spent my own money to start my own extermination, and its so bad that its not working! I pay these ppl rent faithfully every month, don't miss a payment. My toilet was broken for a week, ive put in 3 work orders in for it to finally get fixed. I shouldn't have to curse ppl out in the office for wanting service in my home. I just want to get out of my lease, I can't wait 3 months. DO NOT F**KING MOVE HERE! they don't GAF about you, they just want your money.

I would NEVER recommend anyone to move here. The management in their office is rude and unprofessional. The other day the ac went out and it's 90 degrees outside which made my apt about 87-89 degrees inside. When I call maintenance to come they literally took more then 3 hrs waiting for them. Only for them to call me and tell me at 10:30pm that they are not required to do any maintenance after hrs at night. EVEN KNOW I CALL THEM SINCE 6pm about the problem. My son has asthma so I quickly put him in a cool bath because it was so HOT! Also once I left a garage bag outside my apt and forgot to throw it out before I go to work. When I got home they try to fine me a $130 fee but however I see my neighbors always leaving trash outside their doors for days. Then when I call the office to tell them at least gave me a warning before they fine me. They lady who answer the phone replied "you shouldn't leave your trash outside your door. It's nasty and make the apartment complex look dirty". But the dumpster in the whole complex is worst with trash over flow out of it. Also don't believe that gate bullsht I had meet neighbors saying they was told that those gates where suppose to be be close since they moved there in 2010. I only live here for half a year and the 1st month moving here my family have been rob. The robbers broke threw our windows because we live on bottom floor. When I told the office they had no reaction at all. They just told me to call the police and let the cops handle it. When I try to get out of my lease they say the fee cost $1k to terminate my lease. Then we have to wait a month for it to "processed" and was still responsible to pay next month rent before moving out. I'm literally just waiting my 4 months to be up to move. So I repeat I DONT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX TO EVEN MY WORST ENEMIES! Also don't believe all these good reviews when you sign papers to move in the "ladies" in the office make you write a good review. Trust me I been threw it!

Let me spell out why.
-Massive roach infestation
-They do NOT provide pest control
-Broken front gate for decades
-Shootings, Crime, Theft,
-Drug dealers
-High rent that increases 10% every year
-Horrible poor maintaince
-No landscaping
-Dirty bug filled pool
-Broken gym equipment
-No pressure washing
-Complaints ignored
-Massive overflowing trash
-Office equipment stays broken.
-Horrible management
-Unsafe for kids!!!!
Pick a better place, not worth your time and money.

Freda is perfect! She was helpful from the moment of my first phone call there, the tour she gave was informal & like I told her "I'm sold".Applied & was approved the same day, the complex looks pretty chill, can't wait until my move in date.

my experience was wonderful when I came in looking for apartment MS Elfreda show me around the property and it felt like home. Her customer service was excellent. I just move in my new home today. Thank you Ms. Elfreda for helping me on my new home. if you looking for somewhere to live this the place.

Nice place to live. Lived here for the past 3 years and the neighbors are nice. I live on the second floor. I have not experienced bug issues or pest issue; except for ants, which I was able to get rid of with pest control products. They have been renovating this past year also. There have been some issues with crime but that's everywhere. I would like to see a security guard on patrol and better landscaping.

Its been good living here. I have no objections. people are nice. they take care of my complaints. they wont fix the dang gate though. I live here for over 10 yrs. the assistant is good lookin too. she makes my dog diamond and i feel like family.
