5 stars for David the young maintenance tech. He is very pleasant and does well with his work. He communicates well and he is very helpful even when on call. I greatly appreciate him taking ownership and doing what is needed for a nice community and to help residents.

    Great staff makes happy tenants.

Also thank you Arbor maintenance for quick responses to maintenance request and keeping the community well lit at night and always clean.

I lived here because of the cheap rent. In addition, I felt fairly safe in the neighborhood. Although, there were a few things I didn't like. There were roaches inside of my apartment (even though you pay monthly pest control). I set up roach traps and it didn't even work. When my girlfriend was sleeping, a roach crawled on her face and woke her up! She woke me up and we had to kill it!
In addition, the place needs to update their kitchen stove and refrigerator. I felt like I was living in the 1960's.
Third, the front desk service wasn't all that. Barbara at the front desk was always kind though. However, it was always Janine that had that nasty , bitchy attitude. I am not sure if I was the only one she gave the nasty attitude, but almost every time I went into the office to get help for something or ask a question, she always gave me a nasty attitude. Surprised she hasn't been fired yet, the way she treats people. Probably kisses the manager's ass.
In other words, I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here, unless they want cheap rent. But as they say, you get what you pay for.

I have lived here for 2 years and its great. The staff is always helpful and the apartments are older but well maintained. The complex is quiet and safe for being in a metro area; its close to interstate and shopping/entertainment.

I give this place 4 stars I was very impressed with how friendly the lady who showed me around was. That's a plus for me she made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions. The apartment she showed me was very spacious I fell in love it's exactly what I was looking for and the pools and work out area are amazing!!! I recommend this place to everyone go see it for yourself you will not regret it and make sure you ask for Laura!!

I have lived here for the past 3 years and to be honest some of the complaints on here are so over the top its ridiculous.. You live in an apartment complex with other people, so noise issues are not fully the arbors management fault, they provide a security officer for those issues. Maintenance men are awesome and you do not see a high turn over rate for them so you become familiar with them and comfortable for them to come in your home.

A lot of people say they charge you whatever they can but this is not true. A lot of people try to hide the fact that they have animals and then move out with damage done to the apartment. I have lived here almost going on 4 years and changed apartment every year other than this last year and each apartment was a upgrade from the last. I have had my share of issues here but you have to be realistic about your complaints.

Management is approachable and helpful if you are also approachable and have manners. You cant approach someone asking for help with an attitude. You can express your anger but be reasonable, some policies are just out of there hands.

I would definitely recommend this complex to a friend or loved one with them understanding no complex is perfect but here they at least try to do the best they can.

Great place to live at. This is my first place on my own and i am happy i chose The Arbors at Breckenridge. Enough space and i like that its quiet and everyone is very friendly. Haven't ran into any issue and Barbara did a great job explaining how everything works. Very affordable for anyone who is looking for a nice and clean place to live.

I'm going to be honest with anyone reading this reviews and considering to move into arbors at Breckinridge. DO NOT DO IT. On the outside, you see a great pool and amenities but the truth is, they use that to pull you into living in one of the worst places I've ever lived. This apartment complex charges you for every single little thing and does the most to get every penny out of you. I wouldn't wish my worst enemies to live here. The security officer harasses the apartments tenants, one time I woke up to him at my door at 3 a.m wide open, for no apparent reason. I'm so happy that my lease is over and now I live in a great rental home away from all the bad people at arbors. They don't care about you and they just want your money. And when you move out, they'll charge you hundreds of dollars for no reason just because they can. Take my advice, there are plenty of great apartment complexes that won't treat you like you're nothing but money. Thanks for reading.

Literally will never recommend for anyone I care about to live here. Worst apartment living experience I have ever had. The office staff is rude and doesn't listen to you. They'll take any bit of money they can out of you and screw you over. I've never once had a pleasant experience with any staff member and everyone has always been rude back to me. I can't wait to move out of this complex. I hate it so much.

I have been a resident at Arbors for almost 4 years. My living experience has been decent. The parking is first come first serve. Overall it's fairly quiet. The upkeep of the grounds are fair. Maintenance crews are efficient on time however they don't tend to help with obvious wear and tear. For example, my front bathroom had a really bad leak and i was told that someone would come to fix the leak and return to fix the wood surrounding the sink but was never done. Another incident was when i purchased a washer and dryer. The dryer due to obvious reasons had to take the laundry door off because the maintenance guy stated there was no way to repair it so that the doors would close. This has been my complaints. Other than that i would recommend them to someone just make sure to ask questions.

The Arbors at Breckinridge is an amazing experience. I love their resident events they have for us! I also used the gym frequently. The gym is so nice there is no need to pay a gym membership! They have free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. My apartment is nice a spacious (3 bedroom) and I never hear my neighbors. Also, anytime I have a question or concern for the office the ladies are always so sweet and sincere. This is by far the best apartment experience I have ever had.

I am in the process of relocating from NC. I have seen a ton of apartments in the surrounding Atlanta area, but none quite as nice as The Arbors at Breckinridge.

Alecia Watkins greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, and showed me various apartments based on my desired amenities and lifestyle. I felt right at home. Thanks Alecia!
