Very good service, clean and quiet building. The guests services include a driver to take guests to the areas around the hotel which is very handy!

This is a good hotel for professionals, who wants their own space. Not that good for spending family time. The service was good but I didn't liked the way they welcome their guests.

I'd go back here in a heartbeat. If I am ever in the Santa Monica area and can stay for more than just one night, this will be my choice. Bicycles to use to ride along the beach at no charge? YES PLEASE!
Complimentary continental breakfast featuring non-typical fare and was presented beautifully.
Front desk staff super helpful and really pleasant to deal with.
The room: spacious, comfy, quiet and LUXE.
It may not be on the beach, but it's super swanky at a reasonable price for the area.

I stayed for Labor Day Weekend. My room was clean, the staff was courteous, and the car shuttle was very convenient as long as u were going within a 3 mile radius. The location of this hotel is great as it is in a nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again if I visit the Santa Monica area again.

Decent enough room, better size then a traditional hotel room. Great location and updated. Only reason its not a 5 is there were no in-room amenities (coffee machine, fridge) and had to ask the front desk for everything in between.

Almost very nice! The room was nice and spacious, nice continental breakfast, courteous car service, great size TV, front desk very friendly. Now the other side of the picture - housekeeping did not clean my room, the carpet area by the bed was wet, my son who paid for my room did not receive the discount offered him by check-in clerk, my grandson (age 2 1/2) staying in another room with his mother found a condom wrapper in one of the drawers.

Nice clean hotel. The bed was a little squishy. We had a room beside the laundry room I think, someone was pushing a cart around all night. It was a little noisy. Over all, friendly staff and a decent place to stay.

Definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Wonderful staff, with a lot of different services available. The rooms are cosy, and the breakfast is delicious (and more than enough to start a good day in LA!). It is also not far from the coast, which is a good plus.

The only reason I don't give it a full 5 stars is: no bar! They have a rollout bar but it's everything you already had in you mini fridge. Everything else was great though.
