Not the most fancy, but the nicest place for Westwood for what you pay. The restrooms are remodeled. The parking is included! The front desk workers are fantastic!

Wow I was really pleased with this hotel. Room are clean, the bathroom was small but clean, the hotel smell clean , nice little breakfast close to a lot of eatery , 30 minutes bus ride to the Santa Monica pier. When it says free it's free. Patio was big. The area hotel is located is perfect no noise to keep u up at night. Very close to the UCLA campus. The price is very good too. A nice perfect place to stay while visiting LA.

Excellent staff and convient location for UCLA, it's medical center and Federal Building. While listed online as only two stars would rate much higher for clean rooms, linnens, and attentive staff. Highly recemond this boutique gem of Westwood.

Efficient and kind staff. The white haired gentleman at the Front desk made every effort to make our stay seamless. He personally walked out to get my license plate#. He called for a shuttle in a timely fashion. He immediately brought me a toothbrush and paste within 5 minutes of my call. He is a keeper! The breakfast was handy and clean. We were comfortable in the room.

From the pictures online and the look of the hotels outside, I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms were super clean and well-kept and the staff friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Room as great - quiet and comfortable. Downstairs room had a little patio we could sit in. Kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Parking a little tight but no worse than any other LA parking and it was free. The continental breakfast was boiled eggs, danishes, muffins, pancakes, cereal, fruit Not bad. If you want more Dennys is right next door. The neighborhood was safe. I would stay there again in a minute. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Parking wasn't that great. You need to leave your keys so they can move your car and they only allow one car per room

We were checking out UCLA, I was considering Hilgard House but decided on Royal Place and IT WAS GREAT, even though no pool, I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a motel, it was very clean and updated very closed to UCLA just walk up two blocks. The front desk man, Hector, was so helpful with all the questions we asked him, including how to get around without a car. I would DEFINATELY stay here again.

Good looking rooms, nice bed (although pillows were way too stiff) and very spacious. Staff was friendly. Although parking was quick, I could see the limited amount of spaces available being an issue.

Very nice stay. Rooms were quite clean and tidy, and had a modern bathroom, and a mini fridge, microwave, and a full coffee maker. My only complaint is that the breakfast was very limited. The food there was okay, but sadly there was no egg or meat.
