This place helped me find and drive away with a car even when it seemed like I would not be able to. They let me use the car of interest to go to work the next day when i explained i had no car to get there. knowing I work out of town, they took a risk with doing that and I deeply appreciated it. I have Tony Womack and Chris Kitchens. to thank.

Treated with courtesy and respect. Did not feel pushed into buying anything. Everyone we met were kind and welcomig introducing themselves and striking up a conversation with us. Felt like we got a fair price for a new car.

I had an excellent experience leasing my Honda Accord at Thayer Honda in Bowling Green. I will recommend to everyone to go there. Josh Baranski was very helpful and made everything go smoothly. Very friendly place

My experience at Thayer Honda was excellent! I was drawn to Thayer originally by their pricing, which was lower than all but a few other Honda dealers within a 200 mile radius of where I live in Michigan. I found that some dealers with low advertised prices actually have out-the-door prices of up to $2000 more because of added accessories. Not Thayer Honda.
When I requested an internet price on-line, I received a call from the Sales Manager, Bill Dunphy, himself. When the time was right, I traveled 100 miles to Bowling Green to test drive the Honda Ridgeline. I spent 4 hours there as both my sales person, Marty Lavey, and sales manager, Bill helped me consider what vehicle and trim-line would be the best for me. There was never any pressure and my many questions were thoroughly and honestly answered. They invested a lot of time into me. It was easy to see that they wanted to make sure I was going to be happy with my decision for years to come.
After sleeping on it over night, I called them to let them the 2017 Ridgeline RTL was the right one for me. Marty did a nice job during the delivery process, taking the time to make sure I was comfortable with all the capabilities of the truck. He also called a couple days later to check in on me and to see if I had any questions. Marty's treatment of me makes me feel welcome to call in the future should the need arise.
As the days have gone by I keep thinking about my great buying experience at Thayer Honda and how my Ridgeline is an even better vehicle that what I expected. I recommend them highly! 5 Stars!!!response / report this review -

Greatest Honda service department, period. Extremely friendly and helpful. No reason to take your Honda to any other dealer. Very competitive prices. They fix what needs fixed without trying to tack on extra services that are not needed.

Sales, service and personality, this place is top notch. My family and I have been going here for 5 years, including all service on our beloved Honda's and we have never felt anything but respect and sincerity. I personally have gotten 2 cars from here, 05 accord hybrid (that thing was fun!) and most recently my 2017 Ridgeline Black Edition. My family and I have always dealt with Josh Baranski and we even refer friends or anyone looking for a car to him, he's absolutely fantastic. I Highly recommend this dealership And service department. You will not regret that decision. There's a reason they have earned the Presidents award for 3 straight years, so go check em out!

My experience at Thayer Honda was very enjoyable. I did not feel pestered but I did not feel alone on the lot. The salesman, Tony did a spectacular job. If anyone is looking for a great, long lasting vehicle, Thayer Honda with Tony is the place to go!

My girlfriend and I were shopping for a new car and decided on the new Honda Civic hatchback, decided to go here since it is the local dealership. Sara was the salesperson we talked to and she was extremely helpful. We already knew what we wanted and she didn't try to pressure us into buying any accessories or the higher trim models. Sara and the rest of the staff were very helpful in answering any questions we had, and the new Civic is a pretty great car.

The staff was friendly and very understanding. They were very helpful and didn't take advantage of my little knowledge about shopping for vehicles. I would recommend Thayer Honda to anyone looking for a new or used car!
