They do a great job as a dealership.
However, I suggest anyone planning to buy, finance or lease a car here to do their part as a customer and come prepared with sufficient knowledge and wit and be willing to inquire about EVERYTHING, so all parties are clear on exactly what the deal is.
Oddly Specific Tip: If you are Financing, check the teeny tiny price box, at the top right of the contract at the signing step to make sure you are getting the price you negotiated, and not paying for anything extra they threw in at the last second, that they didn't remember to say "HEY THIS IS GOING TO COST YOU AN EXTRA 5K AS WELL, DO YA WANT THAT?" *Shrugs*
Otherwise, they seem pretty straightforward and respectful and willing to work with you. Like I said, they do what they are expected to. It's your responsibility to arm yourself with knowledge to avoid becoming a sucker. But I would definitely finance another Vehicle from here if I had to. R.J my sales associate made me feel at ease and comfortable with my decision of leasing for the first time. Guy the sales manager ensured I understood everything completely and informed me of all options available to me for my vehicle. Josh has been extremely helpful whenever I enter the building for service. These gentlemen give exceptional customer service, and I will refer them to my friends and family if anyone is planning on obtaining a vehicle!

Mark Persons was my sales associate at Ganley Nissan on Mayfield Road. When I walked in I really didn't know what to expect, yet I was directed by the front desk to a nice salesman. Mark was very professional and considerate about my budget and was determined to help me in my search for a vehicle with great financing. Ganley Nissan was pleasant from the entrance all the way to their sales floor. I would recommend Mark Persons to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. At the end the finance department was great as well. Again the whole experience was awesome!

Awesome experience – highly recommend this place. Very fortunate to have contacted RJ (Sales) and Daniel (Sales Manager) when we walked in. We walked in anticipating a lead time / lengthy complex process. These folks along with BO (Finance Manager) worked relentlessly to make the process extremely quick and painless. They kept us well informed through the process and ensured that our lease process was completed within 24 hrs. Good job team - You have me hooked on Nissan.

Great experience. Worked with the sales manager Daniel and finance manager Ed to get a great deal on a great cat and an amazing payment. Had less then perfect credit but they worked hard and got us approved and on the road if you think you can not get a car give them a try. Well worth the time! Five stars all the way around.

The employees here will work with you to get you the car you want at the best price they can offer. Jim Humphrey was a great sales representative. He helped me get exactly the car I wanted and he did it fast. The sales manager Daniel worked hard to get me the exact offer I came in with. Lastly, the finance manager Bo worked with me to get me the right plans that I need and explained everything, including our warranty. Thank you for the great customer service and a great first leasing experience.

Dan. the used car sales mananger was excellent. He wasn't over whelming, or aggressive. He gave us time to talk amongst ourselves, discuss our plans and thoroughly look over our perspective vehicle. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing and a great experience to buy a vehicle. The business manager was excellent as well.

Awesome, tolerant, patient staff! Everything was done in a timely fashion. Made the dealership feel like them opening up their home to me. Kyle was extremely informed on the car, made sure i loved the car, then ACTUALLY got the numbers where i wanted them.highly recommend to anyone. used car selection is very vast and the carfax was perfect for my older model altima i ended up purchasing

Purchased a used GMC there. It was the best price online and they were able to get me financed for a reasonable monthly payment. I had an overall great experience, it took a little long to get the process done but it's buying a car, takes a long time no matter where you go, but the staff was very friendly which made the time go by fast. My salesman even took the time to show me all the features on the truck! Fun atmosphere! I got to hit a gong for buying a car! That was cool! I would recommend Ganley Nissan!!

Awful. They have some ridiculous ad of $159 on a Rogue running on the radio. I called them and talked to some Sales Manager who said their zero down ad was really with $3500 down. The guy had no clue how to explain the money down honestly. Taxes are way less then $3500. I went down the street and got a new car. I have heard horror stories about this dealership and everyone is right on the money. Don't waste your time. Bad people and bad reputation.
