I stopped by today to look at a car I saw advertised online. When I got there I was given an honest account of the cars condition, and realized it wasn't the one for me. When is the last time a dealer actually told you up front that the car you came with cash in hand to buy had issues? Probably never. They took my name and number and offered to contact me if something else in my price range came in. Their honesty and friendliness astounded me. Go see these guys.

HUGE shout out to Sammy!!!! We came here with far from high hopes of getting a car due to our poor credit history, but figured we'd give it a shot. Sammy came through for us, found an awesome car totally within our price range. In fact the monthly payment was way lower than expected. Easily the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I came across Cleveland Motorcars on the internet while looking for a particular vehicle. Craig and Jackie helped me through the whole buying process over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership Craig had my car waiting for me and my paperwork all ready to sign. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I will definitely be back for my next car.

I recently bought a 2012 Honda Accord from Cleveland Motorcars. I don't have the best credit and the salesman at the dealership I visited at the dealership before was very short with me and made me feel like I was wasting his time. When I got to Cleveland Motorcars, my salesman Sammy was very friendly and patient with me. He helped me through the process and I was driving away in my new car the same day! I highly recommend this dealership and make sure you ask for Sammy!
