I worked with Branden Campbell and Mike Snyder when looking to get a 2018 Chevy Equinox. They were both extremely helpful and were able to get me into the car I really wanted! The process was smooth and never once did I get frustrated or become uninterested in working with the dealership. Which that can happen sometimes if your not working with the right person! I honestly couldn't have asked to work with better sales managers than these two! I would recommend either one to anyone who is looking to get a Chevy from Classic Chevy in Mentor, Ohio!!

Shannon Hall is courteous, knowledgeable, and in no way a pressure sales person. I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying or leasing for their needs.

Oddly, I have had to re-post this review three times, this being the fourth!

Typical car dealer: you are the most important person in the city until they get your money, then they could care less about you, your vehicle, or your business.
Don't bother with the "Free Lifetime Carwashes," the kiddies who "wash" the cars care even less than the management! Last time around I'm 100% sure they didn't use any soap.
FWIW, I contacted the dealership, via their online feedback form, about these issues and they replied with silence; so, not like I didn't try to fix it with them.
No problem, there's a lot of other places to buy a new car.

The team at Classic Chevrolet in Mentor has provided an experience that was both knowledgeable and professional while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. I have always been impressed with the level of service they provide before, during, and after the sale. We have always had exceptional experience from Corey Woolard, and the service team is excellent as well. Everything you need is there for a great car buying experience!

Classic Chevrolet is hands down the most amazing dealership around! The customer service was beyond excellent, everyone did an amazing job. I could never buy a vehicle from anyone else ever. Eric Ashmore went above and beyond my expectations and never stopped to find the best deal for myself. When I shop at Classic Chevrolet I feel as if the staff is genuine and will stop at nothing to satisfy the customers needs. I recommend Classic to anyone looking for the best deals in town. Thank you Mark Carroll, Eric Ashmore, and Jim Valentino, I will always be a loyal customer and hope to tell my friends and family how amazing Classic Chevrolet in Mentor Ohio really is on a daily basis. Branden and Mike were fantastic. They were great to work with and are not your usual pushy salesmen. They are helpful and informative. It was great to work with everyone at Classic Chevy.

Aubrey contacted me at 10:00 pm via text. Didn't matter that she was off the clock. We exchanged messages about the vehicle I was interested in and made plans for a test drive next day. John took time to answer all my questions and show me the features of my car. They both went above and beyond to make it a smooth transaction.

I drove 50 miles to an appointment to find out that the agent I set the appointment with was not available. So I was offered a different agent instead, unprofessional strike one, I waited hours to find out if I was accepted for my loan or not even though I filled out and turned in my application a week prior; all the while I had to hunt down the constantly disappearing agent who was handling my information to find out what was going on. After hours I was told I was not accepted. I got a call from a loan agency later that week asking if I was still interested in that car, they stated I was in fact accepted but they had asked for more information and they never received a response. Strike 3 I also got a prompt from my credit monitoring service, apparently even though I was promised my credit would only be ran through a few services my credit record was ran nearly a dozen times, to places that had not been specified. That was the straw the broke the camel's back for me. Took my business elsewhere had no problems what so ever. Would not recommend this place nor would I return for business.

Great experience as usual! I moved to Avon Lake after 21 years in Mentor. Tried another dealer on West Side for service and they are not even close to Classic Chevrolet service! I keep returning to Classic Chevrolet for purchasing my cars and trucks. Todd Woodruff is a great salesman. Todd is great to deal with. Have bought several cars and trucks with Todd. I like that Allstate is in the sales area too. I can easily change my insurance policy for my newly purchased car or truck. Classic usually has parts and accessories in-stock too. Great selection of Chevy cars and trucks. I will travel to Mentor from West side for Chevy service and sales.

I'm a first time car buyer and I'm thrilled that I chose Classic Chevy. I am absolutely in love with my car and Eric did everything he could to help me seal the deal. I would highly recommend Classic Chevy. The pricing is affordable yet reasonable, the staff is wonderful, and all of the cars are lovely. If you're thinking about buying a car, new or used, this dealership is sure to help get you the payments you want and the price you need. I will probably be here for future cars as well. Super satisfied.

Fantastic Place. Excellent staff. they gave me double what my car was worth on a trade in to make a deal happen. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone. Just ask for Mark he is the manager but wants to help every client personally.

Joe Riddle and Mike Snyder worked to get me EXACTLY what I was looking to get for a new car! Quick, easy and friendly. Did not waste my time - met the requirements I needed instead of trying to offer me pricing I wasn't interested in seeing. Was in and out with a deal in under 45 minutes. Have and will be recommending to all friends/ family!!!
