Michael the bartender was extremely attentive. Not only to myself, but the other patrons as well. Had a fine time. I will be sure to visit again after Christmas. Thanks for a comfortable place in West Ashley.

10 years of my young adult life was spent in F&B so I know what restaurant experiences are supposed to be.
Sunday 10/29/17
Went for dinner around 7:30pm, seated by a server named Taylor (brunette) who was kind enough to get our drinks and explain another Taylor (blonde) would be our server. Taylor 1 did most everything anyway for our visit, we saw very little of Taylor 2. I ordered a medium rare ribeye and it came to me blue. Not rare but blue so I had to send it back and wait another 15 minutes for it to finally arrive via food runner. Taylor 1 refilled our drinks (2 waters & 2 iced teas) a couple times. Taylor (using the term loosely) number 2 showed twice during our visit. Once to take our order and once to deliver the (no discount for botching your over priced & underserved order sir) check. Thanks T-Bones, I won't be back.

Really not good all around. No reason to come back here. Food, service, and atmosphere are all poor. I could elaborate, but no sense in bashing them too bad.

My experience at TBonz Steakhouse was very good. Our waiter was exceptional. the time frame for waiting for our food was okay a little slow but not too bad. Definitely will return many times. Thank you for being available to the West Ashley community.

Large party, so expected longer than normal wait time. Connie and the waitresses served us well. Great food and great customer service.

food was delicious! we had been very disappointed with the food in Charleston and we're surprised to find this place had the best food we had eaten the entire vacation. Thier Philly cheese steak is amazing as well as the white chocolate raspberry martini. I would eat here again.

I usually don't rate places but I had to get this off my chest. I've never been to T Bonz until tonight and with high probability I will never go there again. We (a table of two) got there and was told it would be a 20 minutes before we would be seated. During our wait, I observe a young lady upfront that was not properly trained in customer service and hosting, a waitress with a horrible attitude discussing things in front of customers she should have tabled for another time, and a manager that was disengaged and arguing with a waitress who was complaining about not making money. They were obviously understaffed so we were patient with knowing that so we waited but the manager did not have a contingency plan especially after the front lobby became full. After a 30 minute wait another table for two came into the restaurant and was seated almost immediately. I asked the young lady working the front if the table she seated had reservations and she said no and looked upset after realizing that she overlooked us. She said she was going to seat us so we waited then she came back after 5 minutes and said nothing. We left soon after not eating anything from there. The menu looked good but their personnel upfront and their management needs training. I feel like a wasted 35-40 minutes of my time.

First time eating at TBonz
Not impressed :/
Our waiter was okay and friendly, but he was horrible at refilling our drinks and got our orders mixed up

I had the ribeye MW, and it was okay. I did not like the creamed spinachit was more watery than it was creamy. The Charleston rice was not memorable. I did finish either sides.

What I did enjoy eating was their Chicken Nachos!! Those were amazing! And their jumbo fried shrimp. Would come back just for that!

Family got the ribs and TBone steak once againedible but not noteworthy. The okra was mushy and needed to brown more, but it didn't have much taste to it. Baked potato was okay.

I used to eat at Tbonz in Augusta and this one is just as good. I like the Cooper River Red that's always on tap. For lunch I usually do there poboys. For dinner their steaks and prime rib are hard to beat. I always sit at the bar and the service is spot on.

The steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly. The Brussels sprouts were good but messy. Please core them out before serving. Fresh and fluffy baked potato. The red rice was funky. Tasted like they used salsa instead of tomatoes. Nice house salad but I am opposed to an uncharge for a salad. Just include it in the costs.
We most likely will go back.

Worst dinner ever. I get that it was Valentine's Day so of course they are busy. I do understand after working in the food and beverage industry, I try to give every restaurant the benefit of the doubt but after the horrible service and cold appetizers, I couldn't hold my tongue any longer. I kept thinking they might redeem themselves with my steak, ordered medium, came back well done and cold. I definitely was not a happy customer. At one point My husband couldn't tell if I was laughing or crying at this pathetic restaurant that I chose for dinner on Valentines. I was fair paying for some of my meal (mostly drinks) but the food was worse than disappointing. Manager didn't even say anything just agreed and gave me my check with only the items I requested to pay for. I will never ever go there again and I know I definitely scared some people away in the parking lot being so upset and my four year old told them it was burnt food which only two dinners were over done. Ordered two appetizers cold and three dinners, two over done but my husband ate half ofhis because he was starving, said it wasn't good. Deserves no stars!

Me and my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed our experience! We both got them ounce steak with the bourbon sauce and it was delicious. Honestly the best meal I have had in awhile. The cherry fix mixed drink is delicious too! Our waiter was wonderful and all wait staff were very courteous, including the manager who stopped by our table twice to make sure everything was perfect! All around a wonderful place and dining experience! It is a must visit and the prices were not bad at all compared to others in the market downtown area of Charleston!
