This is really good dealer. I never have had a problem with customer service here. There's a very nice big lot, and they do a good job keeping the facility clean inside and out. All of the Sales Associates are pretty good, but my recommendation would be Christopher.

I went there looking to buy a used car. First they tried to give me an outrageous payment. I told them no of course. I asked for a breakdown of the car and trade in. The salesman tried his hardest to explain to me that they don't make money off of financing a car. The finance manager finally comes out and actually calculates and writes down a 60 month payment that is less than the 72 month payment They tried giving me the first time. I showed him and told him he f'd up. His response was I know I messed up you don't want to buy a car. We're done.

My experience, I went in to check out a deal for my used car which I purchased at Sutton Ford 3 years ago. I came out with a new 2017 Ford Focus. And they got my payments $70 a month less than my previous car loan. They wouldn't let me leave without driving a new car home. They made the deal worth it for me. An offer I couldn't refuse. Thank you Sutton Ford !!

Anita Sutton was wonderful and friendly. She was knowledgeable and patient. She listened and pushed for me to get the best deal. The staff was pleasant. Location was convenient and the showroom is nice. I love that the dealership is now being competitive by honoring their competitor's prices. I also like that I only have to get an oil change 2x's a year and that I can go and get a car wash any time for free.

Salesman Lester was phenomenal. He went over and beyond to make sure my wife was please with her purchase. Lester was honest and very professional during the entire transaction. Lester made our car buying experience easy and hassle free. I'll definitely be recommending Lester and Sutton Ford to friends and family. Happy wife Happy life! Thanks again Lester.

Friendly service. Dave Pleckham actually listened to my issue and was the first of 4 dealerships to actually do anything about it. He had me in my car by 2pm as promised to get kids from school. I will definitely return to Sutton for any other needs on my ford fusion. It was a pleasant experience!

Daveed Allen was a great sales person, we came in looking for something to fit our everyday needs and for the right price, and he found it! We didn't have to compromise on anything that was over our budget but found what we needed for the right money. I am glad we meet him and he was able to come threw. All the employees there really worked for us to make sure we were approved and satisfied with our purchase. The manager, the loan officer, and the sales rep ALL WERE VERY KIND AND HELPFUL! That's the kind of customer service that makes you feel good about purchasing a car! Thanks all!

I bought a 2016 Ford Escape for my son. My Salesperson Melanie was very professional and great to work with. The car buying experience has always been a long frustrating day for me. However, Melanie took great care of us and the whole process went very quickly. I bought a great car at a great price and had a great experience.

Wonderful staff with excellent customer service. Even after we purchased the car I received a call from Jim (the numbers man) telling me that he found an even cheaper finance company. The entire staff receives five stars.

Got my car in at Sutton Quick Lane in just minutes, without appointment. Initial service was completed quickly, but they found a worn part that didn't need to be replaced immediately, but they at least warned me that I would be facing a repair down the road. I elected to do it immediately, and they were able to complete the repair in about an hour. All considered, I was very pleased with my wait time, and to drive away with confidence that my car was in a safe condition. As always, the Quick Lane staff were very friendly and helpful. I have known them for many years now, which speaks highly for their experience and performance.

The Service Department at Sutton Ford needs dramatic improvement. When face-to-face, they are cordial and cooperative, but if you expect a call when your parts come in or if you expect answers and courtesy over the phone, forget about it. I've been transferred five times on one call, hung up on, and still did not have my issue resolved. I won't ever have my vehicle serviced here again. Beware.

Process actually went well, saw car online, emailed, it was there and available, got a great price and Salesman George was great, but dealing with Finance people can always be a challenge. I specifically requested my credit be ran no more than twice stretching it to 3 times, of course it was ran at least 10 times, which didn't make sense, if I came in with a pre-approval letter. Of course you raise hell and only get an apology after the damage is done. I would only recommend to a friend because of the salesman George he was awesome and had the best stories!!

I've never experienced such great customer service from beginning to end. The service department is awesome Erik Buikema was my service provider also I had a wonderful Porter ( Gary)?. I was given a ride home that was great. When I picked my car up it was washed and the interior was also cleaned. If I'm blessed to buy another car I will definitely make my purchase there. GREAT STAFF IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!
