Went to visit a friend there who play bowl. I did not stay very long. It was nice place.

I grew up bowling on leagues here (and still do!) wouldn't want to bowl anywhere else. Great facility and wonderful staff!

Everyone here is super nice, and they go out of their way to help you and answer any questions you have. The pro shop is awesome, and they have a great inventory of balls and shoes, as well as other stuff. I love bowling here, and I come every Friday night for open bowl.

I've been going to this place for over two years now and I love it!.. The environment is chill and the staff is helpful and even the people if you ask them. The energy and the atmosphere is enjoyed greatly if your looking for a place to have a good time with good people this is the place.

I called to see if their claw machines were turn on, they refused to check.
The last time we went, the machines were turned off because of a fuse problem, that's the reason I called to ask. The guy was rude and their customer service is horrible.response / report this review -

We had a birthday party for my daughters who are 5 and 2. We arrived 15 min early like we were supposed to for shoes and were told which lanes we would have. We had 4 or 5 lanes. The party started at 4pm and they had none of our tables set up. The gentleman at the counter was very rude when my husband went to the front to ask what was going on. This was a kids birthday party and we get put on lanes that either had no bumpers working, one side working or only half the lane and then the lane all the way on the right hand side we had to call someone every five minutes because their balls were getting stuck and wouldnt come back out. I then have to deal with disappointed children who cant have a good time because their ball keeps going into the gutter or getting stuck. I should not have had to pay full price for that kid birthday party where the bumpers were not fully working. We had 22 bowlers plus 15 that didnt bowl, lots of food and appetizers which were really good and open bar so we spent a good amount. I cant say I will ever have a party here again. Also the excuse we got that our space wasnt ready was because they got busy with the leagues. Sorry but that isnt my problem when we are paying customers as well and the party was planned well in advance. We were really disappointed by this experience.

As a student at Joliet Junior College, I brought my ID card to this place and got a deep discount on my games and shoes. 10/10 would go again, especially with friends.

Place is pretty decent. It is well kept and has OK food. Drinks are a little pricey.
