Last week I bought a battery because I had a bad cell in the battery. I received poor customer from Dent that he knew he gave me the incorrect battery for my 2002 honda civic.When I called the next day he knew he made a mistake. I came into the office today to receive half off the battery because I had to pay extra because my positive and negative post are on the opposite side , so of course the mechanic had to make the post reach the battery. (The sales rep)Dent gave me half off as we discussed but threw the money in my hands because he was upset. Totally, unacceptable!! My boyfriend had referred me to this place a week before I bought a transmission but I had a different representative helping me. Don’t be upset at the customer because you made a mistake you should have called Immediately said I’m sorry let’s make it right!

These guys know those stuff and if they make a mistake (rare) they will correct it. You always leave happy knowing you didn't have to pay the new part price.

Bought an engine from them was told it ran. put it in and had a dropped valve seat. I returned it for another engine got it in same problem. So I tried for a third one and wouldn't you know another dropped valve seat now. I'm in the middle of dropping way more money than I ever should have rebuilding their junk engine they sold me so I don't have to go through the work of pulling it and putting a junk one in again. I wouldn't ever recommend them again nor will I ever use them again. To top it all of the guy had the odesty to tell me he was "losing his ass" shipping me parts that were missing off the engine. Very deceiving place looks nice looks professional but they sell junk they def got one over on me. Go elsewhere if at all possible.

Anderson's Towing got me & my Crew home after a long day of work when the truck wouldn't go. Jason got there quick, and he went out of his way to drop us at our shop after the truck got to its' stop. No one likes being towed, but this was almost painless, y'know?
