Excellent Experience! Tom went above and beyond to help me and find me financing for the Nissan Frontier I loved when I thought there was no hope, if he can get me financing, he can for anyone!

I had a recall on my vehicle and my wife took my Dodge to Greenway. The recall was performed and my wife picked up the vehicle. She noticed that now there was a light on in the dashboard, the one that shows you that your car may skid due to road conditions. There is a button to push that will make that design show up so she pushed it without any luck. She went back in to the service department to complain about it being on as it was not on before the recall work was performed. Greenway asked her if she wanted to make an appointment to have them see why the light was on then said it was a coincidence that it came on and stayed on while they were performing the recall. This is the last time I will use Greenway Motor . I vow to let as many people know how Greenway is not the place to do business because they will not admit and rectify mistakes made by there service department. My wife had to miss 1/2 day of work to get the recall taken care of so it cost us money already and now I have to pay another garage to fix it . I guess we know why only my neighbor went to Greenway and why I won't to.

Great place to buy a car from! Bought three vehicles from here over the course of 6 months, great experience with each one! Highly recommend asking forTom. My husband and I shopped online and worked with a couple of local dealers We were so unbelievably disappointed with the cliche back and forth time experience that we took a shot and inquired about a truck that Greenway Auto had listed on their website. Greg was so straight-forward, friendly, and easy to work with. The entire process took a couple of hours at most, AND we drive home with a nicer vehicle than what we ever thought we'd get, AND their pricing blew every other Ford dealer out of the water. Thank you Greg. You have made a couple more new fans.

Bob was very polite and respectable. I hate going to dealerships, but he was very knowledgable and I felt comfortable. I didn't feel as though I was being pressured to buy a car like most salesman tend to do. I will definitely be coming back here again for future purchases.

Finally bought a ford f-150 it's been a long time coming. I wouldn't buy a ford anywhere else. Greg was very informative and told me exactly what I needed to know. He did not hound me or pressure me into anything. Greg definitely made me feel comfortable and confident about my buying decision. He went above and beyond in the customer service department and has helped with any questions along the way. I would highly recommend the Greenway Auto staff in your future ford vehicle needs.

Once again, the experience was outstanding. No wait for Service Advisor on drop off and work completed on time frame estimated. Cost of work was also below original estimate. None better!

Spoke with erika asked for pricing information regarding gmc promotion at 16%. She sent me a price with apx 11.5%. Obviously lied to me and hoped I wouldn't know the difference. If anyone deals with this woman check the numbers I can not stand my time being wasted and don't like to be lied to. If the sales person can't tell the difference between 16% and 11.5% difference on a 58,000 vehicle what else will they get wrong

I have been searching for a Nissan pathfinder for several months. I only intended to stop by Greenway Auto on my way to a Nissan dealership . I was so impressed with the teamwork approach,their apparent integrity in the vehicles they sell,as well as the detail to professionalism displayed by the staff that I purchased my Pathfinder from them.
