I needed a specific set of tires, and most locations didn't have any in stock nor did they have any avail appts. The other Joliet location was unable to get those tires delivered to them. However this location was able to get them delivered in less than 24 hrs and get me an appt the next day. Andres took care of me, he's awesome. Everyone here works fast and efficient. I walked in at 8:45am and was out the door by 10am as promised. And I was referred to Napa auto care down the street for a heavily discounted much needed wheel alignment because I purchased a set of wheels from discount tire.

I go to discount for almost all of my tire needs, however the level of service you receive really depends on who Waits on you. Overall I would recommend them

Crooks. Went to have one tire replaced. Salesman tried to tell me my other two brand new tires were low on tread and also needed replacing. Then when I told him his prices were the highest in the area and started to walk out, I heard, "Wait, sir! Let me make you a deal!" Crooks.

I had a screw in my tire and I visited this establishment. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They gave me an approximate wait-time and they were correct ! They fixed my tire FREE OF CHARGE ! Now that's awesome American service !
