Room was clean, gym ,bar and grill. Nice people. Kinda hidden in a corner. GPS gets thrown off, locals will get you on track. Otherwise it was a good nights sleep.👍

Very nice and helpful staff. Light in the bathroom was flickering really bad. Toilet in my room never liked to flush.

The hotel is really clean and my room was nice and comfortable. Had a few issues with key cards but that didn't bother me. If therr was a complaint it would be to maybe have the smoking rooms in the top two floors and not randomly room to room. Did not enjoy walking down the hall way and smelling smoke from rooms on my floor

I was falsely accused of smoking in my room during my stay. I NEVER smoked anything in your hotel. My room was right by the front desk and the office you would have noticed. I have no problem paying my bill, but I refuse to pay for something that NEVER happened. I have no reason to lie about anything. It is not fair to charge a guest for something that NEVER happened. I never struck a match, cigarette lighter inside your facility. I NEVER smoked anything inside of your facility. I have respect and I know right from wrong. I smoked outside your hotel in my car. I was not aware that I could not smoke outside in my car. The hotel has outside cameras I am sure of. Please roll the tape back and you will see my husband and I outside in our car smoking. I can not help if the smoking scent is on my clothes and body. What happened to me and the way the hotel staff treated me over the phone was outrageous and wrong on so many levels. If I have to seek legal action behind this I have no problem doing so. I am innocent!

Pretty clean, comfortable room and bed. Ground floor hall smells like the smoking rooms. Wasn't told there was no continental breakfast or coffee. Overall a nice place.

Stayed here because Google listed it as a 3 star hotel. The lobby is immaculate, up to date, and well designed, as is the restaurant. The rest of the hotel is shabby and run down. The Bed I ended up in had a permanent tilt just steep enough to make you feel like you would roll out of the bed, but only on the left hand side.. I was concerned that being so close to the freeway might keep me awake, but I had no need to worry. You couldn't hear anything over the rumble of the ac unit anyway. Which had the added benefit of waking me when it kicked on, so I could move myself back to the non-titly side of the mattress. Double Bonus!

Got in late on a Sunday. Was supposed to be a three star hotel, I wouldn't give it that. Pretty tired, internet was ok, TV was newer. Bed was fine. Large hotel, well past it's prime. Not bad, but just kind of meh.

Food was good, but I think I was expected something along the lines of spectacular since it's such a highly rated restaurant in Chicago. It was better than average, but nothing stood out except the souffle at the end. The service was impeccable, but the overall environment was kind of odd. It was strangely lit and decorated and seating was a bit awkward. We walked in and it was almost silent -- we were kind of afraid to talk. Then it got a bit more animated, but still odd. Would recommend, but still a bit disappointed due to the hype.

Attended an awards banquet at the Clarion Hotel and Convention Center in Joliet. The room was spacious, the staff was friendly (and graciously brought MANY baskets of dinner rolls to our table). The food was typical banquet-type food. It was a lot of meat (chicken & beef, & some roasted veggies), and they didn't offer us vegetarian choices (at least not that I know of). Overall, it was a decent place for a banquet.
