My husband and I stayed here on 12/6. We weren’t there for three hours before I was rushed go the hospital after suffering from two seizures that caused me to have an emergency c-section. Unfortunately due to the seizures, I lost the baby. I called two days later asking for a refund. Was told that they understood my situation and that they agreed I would get a refund. Especially being that we didn’t even stay. I also talked to corporate who stated the same thing. I was told to go in person once I was released from the hospital. Which I did. I even called ahead and was told the general manager would be here at 4:00. I get there and began getting the run around. Was told the general manager wouldn’t be in until Friday. Once I said that I called at 2:35 and was told something different, the story change. Then the man at the desk had the audacity to ask if we checke out before going to the hospital! Even after I explained what happened and how I was unconscious. He asked why my husband didn’t go to the office before grabbing our infant and following the ambulance! So rude! I was having a seizure and our unborn daughter passed yet he wanted to know why we didn’t come to the office first! I will be following up with this every day! All over $48! So rude!

Great service for the price. Comfortable and clean rooms and airtight windows blocked out all sounds from the interstate. Staff was nice and helpful. It is located in an industrial part of town, but never felt family or vehicle was in peril and getting to downtown or Lackland was expedient. WiFi had issues and continental breakfast could have been better, but if I’m ever in the San Antonio area again, will book here. Diamond in the rough if you are looking to save money traveling.

This is a great hotel!! I came back to a very clean room every night! I’m making this my hotel to always stay at!! No problems No disruptions Quiet place to stay!!! What I love about a hotel is clean rooms!!! I’ve stayed at hotels for the past and I LOVE THIS ONE THE MOST!!!

Super friendly staff. Great hotel for the area of location. Would have given 5 stars if in a cleaner/safer area of San Antonio. But I highly recommend it for anyone needing a stay somewhere on a budget.

Clean and quiet. Just off i35, convenient to most everything. Beds are very nice (hard to find in any hotel). Very reasonable rates, not a large room but good value for the money.

I booked my visit through a popular travel site. The reservation was randomly canceled for an unknown reason. The front desk clerk calculated the rate for a new reservation and it was about 60 bucks more but he honored the booking price. The only negative was that one of the bedside outlets didn't work. Everything else functioned properly and smelled and looked clean.

Not bad came in later in the evening. Room was clean, beds made. Little thin on the doors we could hear people moving at all hours. Continental breakfast was plenty and actually tasted decent.

Stayed here for the first time and the experience was alright and nothing special.
Checked in late at night and the guy just handed over the room key. Didn't bother to ask how many keys I may wanted. In addition, I was never told about the WiFi, breakfast and its hour, how to get to my room etc. until I asked for each of them.
Free breakfast was pretty mediocre and nothing great. No juice or water. Just 2 kinds of cereals, milk, waffle, and white bread.
Room was small and the wood floor was sticky. I asked for some towels and even though dry cleaned, about half of them had dirt on them! It appears that somebody threw them on the dirty floor after washed and didn't bother to check afterwards.response / report this review -

Clean room, friendly maid, owner at front desk was very attentive and friendly. The air conditioner was kind of noisy but the owner was quick to come to the room to check it out and fix it. Very good room for the price.

From the outside it may seem like a cheap and dirty place. That's what I thought but when i came inside I was surprised to see that despite the low price this place is by far better than I expected. Clean smelling rooms, renovated with wood floors, free breakfast and nice staff members. I had a few issues with the room but was immediately addressed properly and I was satisfied. I'm kind of picky when it comes to staying in a hotel but this one is perfect. The only thing is the sound proofing needs to be improved.
