Beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. Unfortunately, the phone systems were down (and still down as of 12-26-17). So when we had a few questions, we weren't able to contact them. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay and will probably stay there again.

The staff is first rate! I don't think I can't say enough about them. The rooms are clean and fresh. They are in the process of updating the rooms so if you are an avid Marriott customer somethings will be a little different, but the atmosphere makes up for these differences. The prices are very reasonable for the stay. it's a great place to relax and if you are worried about being so far from downtown, don't be. The staff can help you locate all of the good spots and help you get there. I recommend and would stay again!

Stayed here while planning my destination wedding - Location great, rooms recently remodeled, beautiful!
Update: I had a block of rooms at this hotel for my destination wedding, 13 rooms in all. Kelsey in sales was amazing the entire year leading up to my big day, sending me updated reservations and walking me through every detail. The front desk staff was exceptional as I had welcome bags for each guests. Truly an amazing staff!!response / report this review -

The room we had was very clean, and we could hardly hear anyone else in the rooms next door. Breakfast is served, but comes at an extra price, and I would say you could get a better breakfast elsewhere for the same price. The hotel was in a convenient location and at a very fair price for the holiday time frame.

Easy on, easy off Hwy. 281 or onto Loop 1604. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment within an easy walk or a short drive. Staff is always accommodating and professional. Oldest hotel in this area but rooms and remainder of hotel still in excellent condition. Understand a complete re-do is coming 2018.

Rooms nice and clean with great location however breakfast did not happen. After waiting in a long line it took over 30 mins to find out my simple egg order was still not ready. The manager said sorry.

Hotels of this class all tend to blend it's the people who make the difference and that's what we head here service by a great team, everyone from the reception team to the breakfast chef and the house keeping team. Always a smile always helpful.

Comfortable beds. Water pressure was low, and hot tub wasn't hot. Bistro breakfast was pretty good but not as good as some other Courtyards Bistro breakfast. Guest services was very friendly.

Nice and quiet. Hotel felt uneven though on the upper floors. Not sure if it was the carpet that was throwing off my equilibrium though.

We stayed here for a family wedding. Room was very clean and comfortable! Especially since it was so hot out (low 90s). All staff were courteous and friendly. We had some issues with breakfast one morning and we're comped immediately. The manager really did go out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and happy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! Also, we stayed with our baby and the hotel provided a pack and play for sleeping. I was really impressed that it was super clean and in great shape.
