The location is perfect for a business trip. The hotel staff was very cheerful and helpful. The rooms are properly maintained and comfortable.

It's an older hotel in the Courtyard line. Have been in 2 different rooms and both had odors. It does have some good points. Front desk was nice and helpful, Starbucks in the lobby, and elevators at mutiple areas.

Breakfast was great. Rooms were good. A slight weird cleaner smell in one but not too bad. Felt as cozy as a hotel can be. Staff was friendly.

I stay here all the time. I have been there upwards of 15 times. The staff is always nice and incredibly accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed here for one night. The staff is awesome. The room on the other hand smelled like a dead carcus. The tub was dirty, and the towels had brown stains and pillows pink stains. I was only there for a night so I didn't want to really complain.

I recently had a single queen in the back corner of the hotel. I've stayed at this hotel many times before, so I was looking forward to having the ability to take the stairs, skipping the slow elevator. Each time I came through the back door, the card reader took about ten swipes to read while all other readers only took one or two swipes. The location in the back on a middle floor was nice and quiet, masking aircraft noise well. In my room, one of the bedside lamp outlets didn't work, it was work out. After telling the front desk, I was told that it was due to the age of the outlet and it wouldn't be fixed. One of the closet doors wasn't adjusted properly; it couldn't close properly. None of these things are deal breakers, but I'll probably consider staying at another Marriott property near the airport on my next trip to San Antonio.

I was an overnight guest at the Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio Airport location due to a business trip. The hotel staff that I interacted with (hotel shuttle drivers, desk clerk, cafe staff) were friendly and accommodating. The hotel layout is a little peculiar, but the overall ambience is warm and welcoming. My room had an unpleasant odor and the bathtub drain in my room could have used a drain snake as I was ankle deep in water by the end of my shower, but otherwise, my stay was overall pleasant. The hotel is located within walking distance of a few fast casual dining options, and there are amenities such as a pool, computers, a cafe and a gym.

The on demand shuttle picked me up from the airport. Check-in happened quickly and the staff accommodated my room requests. The rooms were comfortable and served me well for the short overnight stay.

The hotel was centrally located to many shopping center and restaurants. I was really impressed with the rooms. They were spacious. The vibe of the hotel would be described as modern professional. The restaurant offers good drinks and food choices.

Comfortable beds and friendly staff. The hotel is very convenient to the airport and its very clean. I would recommend if you need a quick overnight with easy access to the airport. They have shuttles available.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The bed and linens exceeded my expectations. I had dinner and breakfast in the hotel's"Bistro and both meals are cooked from scratch as opposed to my preconceived perception. I had a 5 min trip to the airport from the hotel.

Quick hotel stay, hidden from the highway and very close to the San Antonio International Airport(SAT). Room has a good layout, beds are comfortable, restroom is neat, and rooms offer a spacious balcony which gives you good views of the surrounding areas. Hotel staff is nice, and due to a shortage of time i was unable to see the pool area / fitness center, although they did seem to accommodate as I passed by them in the halls. I would reccomend having a door tag on the outside even if its a one night stay, i did have my door knocked on a few times around 9:30 and when i did answer, the housekeeping staff just kept walking away. Other than that, stay was great! I do love their safety feature when it comes to parking, which requires a room key to get in. Allows only guests to access the lot.
