I love this hotel we always stay here! The breakfast is excellent and so is the kickback I love it! The first night we didn't get much sleep cause of some kids knocking on my door but I told one of the staff & the next 3 days were fabulous especially the staff & the manager is so sweet. When we got our bill we noticed one of our nights was not charged but was given to us for the night those kids were knocking on my door. I love this hotel and will never stay in another. The rooms are excellent clean

My stay was great. Very clean room and hotel in general. Staff was very friendly and often offered assistance. Pool and hot tub was lovely, indoors and in a clean private area of the hotel. Breakfast and Kick-back had a lot of options. Drinks were a plus. Family friendly. I would recommend and definitely stay again. Ah. Location is close to airport and a variety of shopping.

Spent 4 days here for Thanksgiving. This is a nice hotel with great breakfast every morning and free drinks at night. Three free drinks per person. Room was very clean, pool was clean, hot tub was nice and inroom jacuzzi worked perfectly. Staff was SUPER FRIENDLY. Will definitely be going back.

Great value! As long as you aren't expecting a luxury hotel, this hotel is sure to exceed your expectations. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and every employee we encountered was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Even the other guests were very friendly! Free food never hurts, either! Drury will be our first choice in the future.

Close to Downtown, Sea World, Natural Caverns. Very clean and very reasonable price wise. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We visit San Antonio annually and have stayed at this hotel for over 12 years now. It is as beautiful and clean as the first visit. Clean comfortable rooms along with a A+ staff from start to finish. We would stay at no other hotel!

Location is close (walking distance) to a restaurant, coffee shop, bbq place, gift store, and chocolate shop. Delightful and friendly workers. Spacious room and the decor makes you feel like you're in the Alamo city. Comfortable bed. Awesome rainfall shower. 5:30 kickback is always nice, but at this Drury the tortillas, rice, and beans were restaurant quality good !!

Best hotel I've stayed at in the San Antonio area so far. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, always willing to go the extra mile to help. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, though the bathroom sizes vary depending on which room you get. The free breakfast and dinners they offer were simple, but satisfying, or if you prefer to spend a bit, the WOW Cafe next door delivers.

I can't comment on the pool or fitness rooms, as I didn't have a chance to use them, but they provide what you need, with two different work out rooms, one in each building. As for the lobby, it has a sizeable dining/lounge area open to use, with plenty of ports to charge laptops and phones. I found it very comfortable using the area for studying.

Overall, I will definitely be staying at the Drury Inns in the future.

Update: I do NOT recommend the walk-in, handicap friendly showers. They have an ineffecient barrier that allows water to flow out of the shower area. It nearly got into the carpet areas before anyone noticed.

I can't begin, how grateful I am to the staff at this hotel. We came here during Hurricane Harvey. The staff has made us feel so comfortable. We have a suite, it is very comfortable. There is a outside patio, we have enjoyed the weather here. Will defiantly stay here on future visits. We have been here since Sunday.

They have a free breakfast and some type of happy hour with drinks and snacks.

Never heard of this chain until staying for a company sales rally. Great place, free breakfast and drinks for all people who stayed. Staff was great and the bed/pillows were awesome! Love it!

Great hotel! I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel offers free breakfast and free dinner for guests. It is located near the expressway and is walking distance from wow cafe.

We stayed in one of the king suites with spa jacuzzi tub. The room was clean and tidy when we arrived. The tub was awesome! The room smelled nice and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel had free breakfast and dinner and drinks which were all enjoyable. Overall i had a great time and would stay again :)
