Nice place, but thin walls

Place needed some up keep kitchen faucet a month needed repairs, toilet was broke needed a ballcock, and flapper shower was good, animal rat or some kind of small turds right out front door cob webs and bugs around door casing door dirty, place was out dated furniture needed replacing painting ECT. Staff friendly, close to places to go beach and pool area needs to be cleaned up

We visited there for 6 days and it was terrific. The staff is very helpful. We had a 1bedroom unit, as did my son and his family.

The Inn is a nice little place, less than 20 units on a holding pond. It's one of the few reasonably priced hotels in an island of expensive and exclusive monstrosities. Soon the bar and restaurant will reopen and make the place complete.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The accommodations are comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and dark. And they provide chairs and stuff to take with you to the beach for the day, free of charge.

The walls are thin and staff is not at the office 24 hours, so noise from unpleasant neighbors partying at the pool is not addressed without a phone call. On the plus side, when called, the staff is very gracious and called the police to take care of the disturbance in a timely fashion.

Everything we could need in the kitchenette is provided for. A single washer and dryer is on the premises and they worked fine. Folding area provided, but no laundry detergent sold at the office. (Can be picked up at nearby 7/11.) Decent price for the coin laundry.

The cable didn't work in the bedroom and the controller was not adjusting the volume in the living room and the size of the TV seemed small for the size of the room, but kind of fitting for a quaint little motel.

Great place thoroughly enjoyed the facility it was clean and well maintained. The staff was very courteous and caring. They offer a lot of extra services for free, equipment that you can borrow at no cost to use. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there the location is nice and central and a bit off the main traffic areas which is nice.
