Small rooms. Few items for breakfast. They ran out of food during breakfast while we were staying. Appreciated the free WiFi though.

Typical cheap hotel nothing special. Cleaner than most. Orange juice was great! Very quiet.

Remote was held together with tape and needed two hands to work it. Shower turned to hot and cold at will. Towels were sand paper.

Everything here is perfect for one night. The beds were at a great size, the murals are gorgeous, and the room that I stayed in was clean. I would recommend this to others, Stay Here 😊

It was a nice stay. Very clean and loved the shampoo things in the bathroom. Staff is very friendly and no smoke smelling anywhere compare to other motels. A bit far from chicago city but worth it for the price

Young man working at the front desk night shift was very helpful and kind. Made a long day pleasant after talking with him. The manager of this hotel knows how to hire the best. Definitely will be coming back next time we are in town.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT stay at this motel. My wife & I recently stay here 22-26 June 17 based on the amount quoted for the room. We were quoted one price over the phone and charged a much higher price after check out. Upon our arrival we were given a handicapped room with only a full sized bed, which was not enough room for my wife & I. So I asked the manager for a regular room and of course no other room was available. Furthermore,I asked why was the bill split in two as stated on my account. The manager replied the $210.44 was for the room charge and the $69.00 was on hold in case of any incidentals. A few days later after checked out we were charged $279.44 for the room. So we called the motel to explain our case. One manager stated the $69.00 would be returned after a couple of days. That never happened so we call again and again because now the manager is either out to lunch or not on site at that time. Finally, 2 weeks later I spoke with Earl who was very unprofessional and he told us a totally different story. Bottom line…..we are not getting our refund as initially discuss.

What do you really need from a hotel near the airport? For me, not much, just a place to rest my head for a short overnight in the area. Complimentary breakfast, wifi are perks that I might use in the morning before heading out. Breakfast area was a little shabby and crowded. Rooms were nicer than the hallways suggested. Parking lot has seen better days. If you're looking for quiet, this might not be the place, due to the large intersection nearby.

Most things in the hotel were really bad, I stayed for one week,rooms are too small,house keeping not doing their job properly,disrespectful staff except few of them.
Breakfast was too bad with very less options.
Frankly my recommendation for the hotel is 20% .response / report this review -

Decent stay. Staff is all they need to be, competent and professional. Rooms are clean. Blankets lacking a bit for a Chicago winter but the heating system picks up that slack. Waffles are always a great thing to wake up to. Would stay again

We have stayed twice in this location now and find it to be excellent! It is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, we love the layout of the room and breakfast was so nicely laid out. Everything about this location is above average.

The hotel needs some updates. From the front door that you have to open yourself (with bags in your hands) most hotels have automatic doors, to the walls that need painting and the waffle maker that has the coating peeling off so that your waffle sticks to the maker. The beds were comfortable and clean although small (the iron is hooked to the wall next to the bed with no ironing board in site). The hotel was ok for the price.
