Customer service is horrible and confrontational. I called for assistance with a reservation with a rate question and they told me that issue is not possible and they are correct. I asked to be connected to the Manager on Duty and the phone just rang and rang with no response. Just an awful way to treat potential guests.

Great staff, clean rooms. Has a restaurant that serves good meals. Breakfast staff seems to all have been there for ages and all are great. Plenty of parking.

One of the friendliest front desk staffs I have ever had the pleasure to meet. During my travels to Chicago I experience a runaway suitcase from someone in the airport that proceeded to try and take out my knee the front desk staff noticed my hobbled up knee and immediately provided a welcomed ice pack for me. Not often do you see this kind of care and concern.

I really enjoyed the hotel. It is clean, and the front desk staff has been great. I've already stayed there twice, and will be staying there a third time next week. This is my go to hotel when I'm in the area for work.

Nice and clean. Very nice looking hotel and lobby. Friendly staff. Plenty of light comes through the windows and make the room look bright and beautiful.

Nice hotel, little expensive for the value. Breakfast should be included but is not. Glad coffee is at least provided for free in the lobby. Lobby decor is a bit dated But the rooms are very modern and clean, very nice. would consider staying here again.

Stayed in those hotel while we were in town for a wedding. The room was surprisingly large, and my husband and I both agreed it was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've slept on. The breakfast was included as a part of the wedding package, the omelette station was a fantastic treat. The only cons to our stay were how early the bar closed and having to physically check out. I haven't been to a hotel that you had to actually go back to the front desk to check out, in years.. we found that very strange.

Very reasonable price for what they have offered. Nice lotion, close to all the stores and restaurants. But the hotel itself located in a quite little corner away from all the busy traffic. The best part of this hotel is it's room set up. Bedroom is nicely separated from other rooms, it's beautiful. looks new and clean.

Amazing place. Will repeat. Very at home like. Very clean. Comfy beds and pillows. Only thing is water should be free at least one bottle coffee is lol. And breakfast shouod be included also with the price tou pay. But otherwise A+. Good restaurant bu far.

I've traveled for 10 years pretty extensively, and this is my favorite hotel for business travel. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are great, it's located next to several key highway outlets, and the dining around here is second to none for a suburban hotel location. Superb experience every time. Highly recommended!

My room was amazing. It kind of weirded me out with the suite because there were two doors to the bathroom but it was nice none the less. I thought it was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the flag poles outside my window made a lot of noise with the wind but not really much you can do about that. The server at the hotel bar was a very friendly fella. The front desk reception was very cordial as well. I was a bit sad that we only stayed there the one night.

Nice hotel, extremely friendly people. While waiting in the lobby for my co-workers, one of the facilities staff came up to me, said hello, asked how my stay was going and where I was traveling from, made some small talk and then wished me a great day. Was an all around genuine and pleasant conversation that got my day started on the right foot. My entire stay felt that way--pleasant and comfortable and people genuinely wanted you to feel welcomed. Would definitely recommend!
