Service was great. Staff were wonderful and attentive. A great romantic getaway. The facilities are located relatively close to major highways and you can easily get to many shops and attractions with ease.

The only downside was the cleanliness of the suite. Carpet was stained, dust accumulation on smoke detectors, vents in the room and bathroom, dust in the bathroom shelving unit. The mini-fridge had been repaired with black duct-tape. The binder of local attractions looked like it had been dropped in the pool. What the facility lacks in quality, they make up for in customer service.

Considering the per night charges, I would have thought more attention to detail would have been made.

The general manager is awful at his job. We wanted to check out a night early and get our money back for the night because the first night we slept terribly on their mattress. We wouldn't have known how uncomfortable the mattress was until we slept on it one night. When we asked to get our money back and check out one night early his response was there's nothing I can do my computer won't let me. He offered to compromise and let us leave and try and resell the room after we left with the understanding that if he could not resell the room he would still get his full money for an unoccupied room from us. He would not allow us to leave after he was able to successfully resell the room. Furthermore the room is disgusting the lights don't work the shower is smelly the bed is uncomfortable as mentioned earlier and I will never ever stay again. The only pleasurable part about the entire stay was a couples massage. Although sold at a 90-minute massage there was only about 60 Minutes of Hands-On time. Do not visit unless for a massage!!!!

The room was very clean, quiet, and quite romantic. The shower alone was worth the stay. The hot tub was nice, but I wish the TV had been mounted in a better location for comfortable viewing. I also liked that each room was accessed from outside with parking very close by.

I have now stayed here twice (first time in 2015). My first stay was good, besides a few minor complaints (could have been cleaner).

On this recent stay, a couple things did not work properly. The toilet did not flush and the jets in the whirlpool tub sputtered and barely blew out water (I should also mention that the jets obviously needed a good cleaning going by what came out of them). This was disappointing as we chose this room for the hot tub.

Besides these two things, we did like the room. It looks nice and updated. Loved the steam shower. The place could be nice if it was just more well maintained. A few other things: the tv was small and on a mount but couldn't swivel, so it couldn't even really be seen from the whirlpool tub. It really needed a thorough cleaning in the shower especially. There were speakers in the steam shower which would be cool, but they looked mildewy and didn't work as far as I could tell. Again, would be a really cool place, especially for the price, just needs to be maintained! I would give it another try.

The Champagne Lodge was a fantastic experience. Out room had a huge walk-in shower/ sauna room and a large Jacuzzi tub. The room was very clean and everything was up-to-date and modern as far as the furnishings. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I dropped a bottle of alcohol that I bought at the front desk right when I got into our room, and the desk attendant comped another one to the room for me. Great place to stay!

I was very disappointed in this place especially for the price I paid for everything. I had the premium suite and paid for two nights; my boyfriend and I ended up leaving a day earlier because of the lack of cleanliness and comfort in this stay. The pictures online are quite deceiving as this place looks old and rundown. We found bugs crawling in our whirlpool, the bed is rock hard with thin and cheap bedding, and the steam room had a weird smell to it. There weren't any windows which gave it a dingy feeling. Steam from the whirlpool and steam room accumulated greatly and because there is no ventilation it made the room extremely stuffy and hot. This place is not worth the price AT ALL and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Very impressive layout, the whirlpool is the size of a queen size bed you can lay in it while watching a movie of the flat screen. A DVD player is already in the room. The steam room is exhilarating as is the shower head. Their idea of breakfast is awful so make other arrangements.

The room was nicely furnished. Had a great sized whirlpool and a glass shower with a sauna. The bed was comfy. Drinks were at a reasonable price too.

BED BUGS!!!! Me and my husband were so excited to have a getaway after having our daughter! We had to leave early when we found a live bed bug crawling across the floor and then found more smashed underneath the MATTRESS!!! The manager on duty said we would absolutely be refunded but that the gm wasn't coming anymore after waiting an hour for his arrival!! The next morning he called us saying he was not refunding us and that we set him up! That he saw the bugs and those aren't bed bugs so..:oh well!! Are you kidding me??!! He said he never said he was refunding us and that we are liars and brought the bed bugs in ourselves!!!! That's how crazy RON the manager there is!! I'm disgusted I spent my getaway getting out clothes cleaned and praying to god we don't have any in our house now!!!!! Don't stay there unless you want to bring home critters to your family!!! Disgusted!!!!!!
