We had a great stay. The previous guest smoked in our room. The staff moved us as soon as we pointed out and then let us know it wasn't just is they found that room to be smoky also. Have a great free shuttle within 5 miles.

What a great hotel. Centrally located. Nearby restaurants in Naperville. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were updated and clean. Check-in was effortless and checkout was not even needed. Would definitely stay again at this location.

Front desk and restaurant staff very courteous and pleasant. Chicken tortilla soup in Chartfield restaurant was excellent. Cuisine overall very good. Room good overall, though some of the fit and finish is showing it's age. Bed was very comfortable though. Very slow elevator!!

Rooms are clean and up to date. Interactions with staff have all been pleasant. Not much to do in the immediate vicinity, but easy access to 88.

I was going to give the hotel a 4-star rating just because it was missing a little "oomph". However, my wife and I couldn't get our car to start after our stay and we were stranded in the hotel parking lot. My wife asked the front desk for help. Their employee Derrick was sent out to help us. He brought the hotel's shuttle bus to give my car a jump. He was running late to his own scheduled event, but he made sure that our car started before we left! Hyatt Regency Lisle, give your employee Derrick some token of gratification for his caring heart!

My visit to the Hyatt Regency Lisle was to pick up a rental car. When I asked for directions, the hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Since the car rental desk was momentarily unstaffed, I used one of the comfortable chairs in the hotel lobby. The Hyatt provided complimentary cool beverages for all patrons of the lobby. This area of the hotel felt very airy because of the sunlight coming through the many large glass windows.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. I had asked the front desk if there was a microwave in the lobby to use and they said they had one, but they could send one up to my room. That was nice. The parking lot is very dark and so is the surrounding front entrance area which made coming in at night not the most comforting. Also, there is a bench to sit outside the front but it's either in the direct sun or in the complete dark behind their shuttle bus. Felt unsafe to sit there in the evening. The breakfast had a lot of options and was pretty tasty. The staff was pretty helpful. Good location near the highway.

Overnight guests for a basketball tournament. King bed with pull out sofa bed worked nicely for me and my kids. Room was a good size. Breakfast was an additional $10 a night for 2 guests and was well worth it. The buffet has a lot of good food options. Lobby was large and comfortable.

The hotel is pretty modern. The bartenders and employees are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were super clean. Very close to the highway which makes it easy to get in and out. Tons of restaurants in the area for any appetite.

We went to the Hyatt Regency for mothers day brunch. It was my first time at the hotel and my first time at their restaurant. I was impressed by the hotel ambiance. The spread of food for the buffet was good but not great. They had pretty good selection but I thought it could have been bigger. Everything I tried was very tasty, though and nothing seemed to run out.

Fantastic hotel, recently renovated, everything is new and thoughtfully laid out. Especially great co-working space! Clean room, spacious, perfect for longer stays. Super helpful and friendly staff. I'd stay here again!

Elegant hotel with many amenities. Recent improvements in the lobby area are definitely well done, as they have served to open up the area to enjoy the view. Very well stocked bar and relaxing set-up to make one feel like one is having a nice afternoon/night in one's own den/living room. In addition there are plenty of couches and chairs in which to sit either by oneself or with friends.

Stayed for a friend's wedding. Excellent venue. Large hall with some amazing food. Room was clean and quiet despite overlooking the highway.

Hallway smelled of smoke but it didn't go into the room. Room also had a weird vibrating noise when air was running. Didn't bother me but could see it bothering others.
