This place is amazing. Latitudes had the best food. The island is calm and relaxing and the staff will do anything to make your stay the best!

We had room number 134. It is,a lovely loft room but a bit small and the ceiling height may be an issue if you are claustrophobic. It is well appointed and comfortable. I am sure that the other rooms do not have these issues. A definite return.

Just a few minutes off the coast of Key West. The stay was not cheap but it was enjoyable.

Beware that the majority of the island's area is private and off limits to resort guests. You can't just go about and explore the place. Hotel guests are pretty much limited to the small but quiet beach, the swimming pool, and a tennis court.

In-resort dining is very limited as there is only one restaurant with very limited entree selections.

Had a fantastic dinner at the Hot Tin Roof. There were 8 of us and we enjoyed a variety of unique refreshing cocktails. I recommend the Sunset Cooler. Each entree was perfect and incredibly delicious. And the view of a beautiful sunset was amazing.

Had lunch today with a friend, service was okay, food very disappointing! we ordered a Bison burger ( very small) and a regular burger, medium, both were over cooked and my friend said that is not bison! would not return.

It's been a few weeks since our stay but I wanted to take some time to digest and remember the wonderful time that we had staying here. The one thing that is confusing as they have recently been purchased by Jimmy Buffett and I'm not sure how that is going to affect the management of the property. But currently the island is absolutely beautiful and the Cottages are well-kept. The night that we arrived we had a bit of a scare because they told me that none of my credit cards worked and it ended up being a problem with their system. I was freaking out at the time but they were able to rectify the situation quickly and happily. Any request was not a problem and the free ice cream cart that comes around every day was my wife's favorite. I would highly recommend staying here.

Went for brunch. Beautiful view, with tropical Hawaii-like resort feel. Quinoa pancakes were tasty with an interesting texture. Plentiful outside seating - definite must when the weather is nice.
