I stayed at this hotel in 2009 and it was just as lovely as I remember. The staff was fantastic. Expedia messed up our booking and the hotel was nice enough to get us into the right kind of room as fast as they were able. 10/10 thank you to the fine folks at La Concha for another great vacation.

Comfortable hotel with valet parking on Duval Street. No restaurant only bar meals, but Duval street and surrounding area have restaurants to suit all tastes and prices. Spa treatments, swimming pool & sundeck.

Very nice property. The rooms was nice, pool area nice also. We enjoyed Happy Hour at the bar and breakfast on site. It was also very convenient to Key West attractions.

Small cozy room. Furnishing and appointments are nice. King bed was very comfortable. Couch was comfortable & relaxing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A bit more space would have add an extra star. Totally understandable with the hotel location & history.

Worst sleeping experience during my 7 days in Florida. Avoid the right wing. You hear the generic Air Condition loudly on your room (mine was 417 worst one is 407) despite room A.C. being completely turned off it resonates all in the room through the walls !

At 3am I asked for a room swap. Gisele was very helpful for this and I got 447 in the opposite wing. But unfortunately the neighbor had most probably fallen asleep with the TV turned on loud! Knocking on the wall did not help at all. At 7am the TV was still running no recovery at all for me, no healthy sleep

Renovated Historic Hotel in the heart of old town. Convenient, clean, great amenities. Going to the spa on the top floor today for my hot stone massage. Try Glazed donuts for breakfast, they roast their own coffee about a block away.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the service was absolutely amazing. The staff was helpful, very pleasant and welcoming. Beautifully interior and lobby area and centrally located right in the middle of the city so it was convenient to walk to everything and everywhere. The only reason I could not give 5 stars is because the room is extremely small and didn't have room for a working desk. Bathroom was very small and tight to move around and the toilet was uncomfortable and old. Other than that, I would stay there again and would recommend it to my friends and family for future stay.

Our room was big and very clean. Some friends of mine had handprints all over the ceiling and the room was tiny. You can tell the building is older just by the construction. This is a great location though and much cheaper than ocean key or pier house. The breakfast was fantastic here. I would suggest " the morning after" you won't regret it! The pool bar is nice and the bartenders were friendly and prompt.

This is hands down the worst place I have ever stayed. Not only are the pictures severely Misleading. But the room is so small I feel no comfort what so ever staying here. The bathroom is even smaller with a glass shower that seems like it was just a bad idea in an area so small. rooms have some kind of bugs all over. Lights off there out. Lights on they hide. The front desk staff I find to be some of the rudest ppl I have had to interact with in a long time. Management seems to be on a similar level. This was the first time i have come to this establishment and I can assure you will be my last. In fact I have now spent the first day of my vacation frantically trying to find a new place to stay for my time here. I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH DO NOT STAY HERE.

Two words: Bed bugs. That's right. I woke up and felt something crawling on me. When I rubbed it off, my hand were bloody. I ran to the bathroom, completely confused and came back to bed to find multiple crawling bed bugs between the sheets. These were alive and thriving. There was also a huge blood stain on the sheets, but my fiance managed to sleep over the sheets the whole night, which implied to us that someone had been bit previously and housekeeping had simply foregone changing the sheets. That's gross in and of itself.

We were super disappointed. The hotel is in a great location, and the grounds were actually really nice, but bed bugs are non-negotiable. Bed bugs are a serious health hazard and you should take this into extreme consideration when booking this room.

This hotel is a secret retreat! Perfect location, a hidden gem. The staff were extremely friendly, and the hotel a very high standard. Would stay here again when we return to Key West.

I wish I could give zero stars. I cancelled a reservation almost two months ago and still have not been credited back my money. Almost $900, and I am still waiting on it. I called the hotel two weeks ago, spoke with a manager who told me , she sees that I cancelled it on time, she will look into it and call me back that day. Never received a call back and here I am following up with them again to no avail. Been transferred 3 times, and waiting on hold so far for 15 minutes and counting If you are planning a trip to Key West and want to stay here, do not pay ahead of time if there is any chance you will need to cancel. No matter what their policies say! Ready to get my attorney involved. I will post on every travel site about this as well.

You get what you pay. High price, high quality, excellent location. I have been to several hotels around Key West but I found Crown Plaza is the best. I am going to stay here next time as well. Staff is super friendly and extremely helpful.

Although be careful about the charges. I stayed there for free reward night and my credit card was charged. They also charged for parking while I didn't even have a car this things happened multiple times. Then they try to explain it to you and the issues are solved when it is escalated to the management after several emails
