If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
I'd like to give 6 stars.
I checked in on the 1st night they re-opened after Irma.
At check in Maria took great care of me.
Excellent Deluxe room.
I stayed 3 nights and housekeeping were polite , helpful and friendly every day.
Plus the Turtle ponds .
Groundskeeping did a top notch job of clean up after the Hurricane, even with overblown trees.
Good job everyone.
Check out couldn't have been smoother.

I'd like to give 6 stars.

Nice looking grounds. Modern room with great shower and small balconey for two. Smallish but adequate pool. Tepid hot tub. Access to the gulf for swimming. Live music by the pool during happy hour. Casual outside bar/dining by the pool and nicer restaurant with formal indoor seating and outside seating facing the ocean. Included in service fee: pool towels, water, sunblock, after sun lotion, daily courtesy cocktail

My husband and I are leaving here today, refreshed and relaxed. The staff could not have been better from the cleaning crew to the front desk, concierge and spa! They cater to your every need. The coffee is first class and so is the SHOR restaurant and outside bar. The view of the harbor is spectacular and the location is a ten! You don't need a car as everything you need is in walking distance or a short cab ride away. I can't recommend this hotel enough and after many years of coming here, trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Great place, close to everything in Old town and the Historic seaport. A bit pricey, but well worth it. Stay away from Simonton St side rooms if you sleep in as they face a small public beach. It tends to get noisy during the day. The place has a small gym, pool, restaurant and bar, not to mention wave runner rental on site. The restaurant has real good food too. With so much Key West has to offer and this hotel puts you right there! It's within walking distance to all the steer performers at Mallory Square as well.

Had some problems with the price changing before I booked but went with it just for the ocean view. Turns out they gave me a partial ocean view. It's not bad but i would rather of known before I was locked in for at least one night. It's beautiful though. Nice spot to swim in the ocean. Could have a larger pool but it's not bad. Front desk people and the guy at the door were really nice. They were probably the reason I didn't get too upset. They were super nice so who do I get upset at lol.

The hotel has everything you need. Internet is fast and free. The pool is clean and in good temperature But what's best in the hotel is the employee.

Great location, and like the name implies, central and close to everything. You can walk to almost all popular Key West attractions.

Initially we had a lot of difficulty booking here. Availability on Internet deal sites was there, but we wanted to book direct, which proved a particular challenge.
Once we got here amazing. Intimate and romantic, friendly staff, perfect service. "Complimentary amenity" prosecco and cookies delivered to our room, turn down service, and every item we could need in supply. We can't wait to come back!!

Absolutely top notch. The best of the best. Nothing to complain about. Extremely clean. Perfect location near everything. Rental golf carts right on site. Turtles at the hotel that can be fed. They are awesome to watch. This hotel was absolutely awesome

I absolutely loved this hotel! The room was a non ocean view but from the balcony you still see a lot of the ocean. The trees that were right at our balcony also had iguanas in them in the morning! They had free evening events we included appetizers and free drinks. Overall it was one of my favorite hotel stays ever!
