During fantasy fest, the hotel hosted regulars that attend the festival year after year. At the time, key west was still recovering from hurricane damage, as were all the keys. All the local businesses thanked us for attending and our business, except the hotel staff. I felt that or business want really appreciated by the hotel, and that is unfortunate.

Hotel condition seems pretty old and need better cleaning of the room and bed if pretty small. But this was the best hotel for us which had smoking area right outside the room door. I smoke a lot and hard time getting to smoking area of other hotel but this place had balcony outside of room door which was a designated smoking area which had its good view of duval street. I will consider next time again.

Great location very close to Duval St but it was still quiet enough to sleep. Cute and quaint. The AC didn't work very well in the room but we weren't in there for anything longer then to pass out and sleep off the Duval crawl.

The bedroom I stayed in needed a new bed. The bed was sagging in the center. It was a good place to stay because it is located on the corner of Duval street. Duval street is where everything is happening. The expensive price I paid for the two nights stay was not because of the hotels beauty or amenities but because of its location.

My boyfriend and I came down for lobster festival for a week 2017. The hotel is nice and clean. The maid staff was good. However, the women who worked the front desk were very rude and constantly on their cell phones face timing family. The front desk staff acted annoyed when approached. On numerous times our keys just stopped working, I went down to the desk to ask for help, but the issue was never resolved till me coming back and forth 3 times. This not only happened one day but two days with the same result. The staff would accept personal calls when assisting me, which they could not multi task, causing us to wait on them to finish their calls before they could help us or rush us so they could continue their calls. The staff's English was very poor. Terrible customer service!

Good central location in key West. Most everything is within walking distance. Rooms are big and nice. Doesn't have the accommodations and services you would expect at a bigger hotel (room service, breakfast, etc.). Staff is not always helpful, when we called front desk to bring extra towels (since they only gave us 2 despite being a family of 5) they never brought them and were not apologetic . Nice pool/deck area. The hotel is quircky and has character, similar to key West itself.

Small but comfortable room with friendly attentive staff. Fun roof top lounge with friendly bar tenders. Lounge offers views of Duval from above.

DO NOT, I repeat- DO NOT book here because you found that oh so sweet deal on Priceline. If you enjoy a pressure washer outside your window at 6 am every single morning after a long night out- then this is the place for you. Don't worry, if you like the white noise of loud equipment and miss the sound of the pressure washer- the leaf blowers follow right after. The jacuzzi was off and ice cold. The complementary drink tickets given at check in were useless since there wasn't a single person behind the bar. Like the name of the hotel itself, Pegasus, a nice stay here at the hotel is also MYTHICAL.

Keep in mind this hotel is in the heart of the historic district, so you can't expect a quiet evening, bring ear plugs. That being said, the accommodations were very comfortable, the bed was great, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and historic sites. I would definitely stay again.

Late checkin. No problem. Great guy at counter was very helpful. HOT shower. Plenty if room for the 2 of us in the rooms we were hardly in. Fresh towels daily. Microwave. Mini-fridge. Pool and bar area on site. Anything and everything in a short walk.

Front desk was very helpful, allowed us to check in early and had a wonderful attitude. Hotel is in walking distance to everything, parking located half a block from entrance with $15/night fee. Bike rentals available at front desk, rooftop pool is very relaxing and the bartender was awesome. The room was clean and comfortable with THE BEST hotel soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion that I've ever used.
