Overall my wife and I were very pleased by the experience of staying here. We chose this hotel because it was a slightly cheaper option, and the reason for that is that it's farther away from the major touristy areas, but the free shuttle makes up for that. The exterior appearance of the building was nice, and the fact that there's ocean right out the front entrance is a plus (although it's not like you ever have to go very far to hit ocean on Key West). The room was comfortable, but we wish it could have had a microwave.

Great property on the island of Key West. One of the few ocean front offerings I'm aware of. Room was comfortable, had a great view and was super clean. Despite a hurricane that came through, this place (and other great spots in KW) are open and ready for business. Host at breakfast was friendly and prompt. Hunter at the front desk was super helpful upon checkout.

We stayed several weeks after a hurricane, so things were not up and running 100%, so it wasn't totally their fault that I'm not giving a perfect rating. Water pressure was hit or miss, bugs came up through the drain (again, I'm pretty sure this was hurricane related), one of the elevators didn't work. The rooms were spacious, though, and up to date. Nice shower and bathroom. Nice kitchen area with sink, microwave, and fridge with small freezer. Large couch and plenty of table space. I wish the elevator was closer to our room, especially since we always had a stroller. Breakfast was good and service was excellent.

Second time we are staying at the Key West Sheraton. This time around It's just an average experience. First we booked a king room Got a double queen instead, had to fight for a king SPG gold status be damned. After an offer of a breakfast comp and my subsequent rejection they "found" a king suite. Great They have been fighting some plumbing issues I guess since our water has been turned off twice. The rooms are starting to look dated, among small other issues you wouldn't expect for 300/night on the south east end which is non prime location.

Everything has been nice. Only thing I would suggest is that the shuttles have more times and the second shuttle needs to be updated. It is small and air is not strong enough.

Room is clean and good size. Pool is nice, though the water was very warm. Beach across the street is not great but that is normal here in Key West.

Staff was very friendly.

Nice enough hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious and really nice. Shuttle to downtown is convenient. Pool and hot tub were relaxing when not full of children. Hotel staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the hotel bar closes a 9pm. Seems inconsistent with creating a resort atmosphere. Resort fee is pricey, not sure what you get for it is worth it the cost. Overall pleasant experience, would give a 3.5 if I could.

The hotel and staff were excellent! Our room was beautiful. Shuttle bus that runs downtown and to the airport was so convenient! Mr Ed (the driver) was a delight. Waitress in the hotel restaurant was so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend

Good staff, when we asked for towels they forgot twice, breakfast is good, the website says they offer free ice pops and smoothies at 11am, but the staff says 3pm and they never supplied them. Pool is good. OK experience overall

Suites are renovated. Staff is helpful. Was generally well satisfied. 18% mandatory gratuity and $5 delivery charge for room service is a buzz kill.

The rooms are fair enough, they even got free Starbucks coffee (which isn't my favorite, but is the only one in the USA that works). And, they got shuttles to the downtown and airport. The beaches in front of the hotel are extremely beautiful.
Price isn't affordable (at least for me). $300 for a night /w buffet breakfast (which I don't dislike, but isn't in my preferences), but the space inside the suites aren't the best, and the A/C position is behind the TV, which isn't easy to reach.
But, by the rest I liked the place. I'd like to come back if money and time allows to me.

Great hotel! Beautiful cozy king room, love the balcony with a gorgeous view of the pool. Housekeeping is fast and very neat. Front check staff is helpful and professional. Buffet, restaurant, tiki bar, jacuzzi, pool, sunbathing area, towel stand, u name it, everything was on point. I had a great experience with Sheraton Suites.

Dated decoration but very solid hardware and service. Heated swimming pool and whirlpool are maintained well. Room is spacey and clean. Nice service. Easy walking to the beach and access to downtown (by shuttle every 1 hour or 30 minutes). I enjoyed the staying here.
