Very pleasant experience! Peter DelSol was an excellent service rep., as he has always been. He takes care of me like I was family. Everyone was super friendly. And the donuts are awesome!

Customer Service was exceptional. The Service advisor was most valuable in rapidly getting me through the check-in/check-out process including leaving with a loaner vehicle. The Service Tech found the problem another Dealer could not.

.Looked at a 2014 Cadillac CTS-V. Checked Kelly blue book value of it and my trade. Made an offer within the range blue book gave, ( $35,000 cash + my trade ) Was told not even close and i would be wasting my time test driving it. And would not be allowed to test drive it without salesman going with me. I am 70 yrs. old and have bought a few new and used cars. First time in my life i was expected to pay $2,000 over blue book, and not be allowed to test drive without salesman. And not be able to negotiate the price at all. Still want a new car nothing wrong with one i have It is just like new with 26,000 miles on it . Just had it around three years and tired of it. Update 2 weeks later 8-1-2017. Bought a 2018 Genesis G80 Sport. in Sarasota. After they put on their pin stripes paint protection and so on the sticker was $59,000. Cost more than the Cad. i wanted but guess what what. They let me test drive it by myself, gave me over book value on my Honda and Knocked a few thousand off price, Not as fast as the Cad. But still has 365 horsepower so not slow either. Thought i wanted a Cadillac glad dealer changed my mind. I might like this better

I had a shopping list of items, both warranty and pay services, to be done. They happily provided me with a loaner car for my convenience.
Everything I requested was completed and in a timely manner and the car was washed and dried for me.
