Kia tires are garbage. You take your life in your hands driving
on the junk. I'm on lease with the Optima, into it a year and a half
and had THREE BLOWOUTS. Then of course there's no spare so I paid for a jack and a spare for the trunk, $250 and my son went to use the jack and the handle broke. So all in all I'm out almost $600
THANKYOU, MR. HUGE..
My experience in 2011 at this dealership was awful. 2017 was refreshing. Eric was amazing and Ron in finance actually made me feel comfortable with my decision. We all have a story to tell. He listened. Thank you.
This dealership has never disappointed me. They treat me with courtesy and respect and gave me a deal on a K900 that I never would have expected. I love the car. The service department always delivers with very minimal wait time. You can bet my next car will be purchased or leased from this dealership!
This place is huge everyone its huge. For real though they have a nice setup. My buddy worked here you get to go on the cruises is you work there free awesome
I bought a 2016 Kia Sportage. Was told by the salesman that it was a $31,000 + vehicle new. Found the original sticker in the vehicle. $26,850. I paid 23,600. for the vehicle. When I called to complain the sales manager gave me $1000 off the price of the extended warranty
( which cost me an additional $1000.00. so I paid 22,600 for a 2 year old vehicle with 32,000 miles that I am sure I could have bought new for $26000.00. I filled out the survey on line and was supposed to hear back from someone. STILL WAITING
I absolutely hate to resort to this, but I have called and emailed the dealership several times requesting a refund of my down payment. My card was charged $500 and then I was told that I couldn't get financed for that particular car. When I requested my refund I was told that I would need to come back in and at that point asked for an additional $1000 to get a car that I didn't want. So there is no deal, no car, and I have not received my $500 refund. I've contacted accounting several times and have had no response to date. I work 12-hour days and live over an hour away, so to keep coming back and forth to the dealership is such a hassle. All I want at this point is my money back. I don't want a vehicle, I haven't received a vehicle, I just want my money back.
Not impressed. Used cars are overpriced and most have high mileage. My niece was in the market for a nice used vehicle. I was with her and we test drove several vehicles. I was only impressed with one and for the price you may as well purchase a new vehicle. I would look elsewhere for new or used. The preowned vehicles seemed to be on their way to fix or repair daily and way overpriced. Just didn't get that good car feeling.
Great deal. Easy to work with. Not pushy. Best car I have ever owned. Has saved me many times from collisions. This car place and car are HUGE.
Can't give any rating as I am doing research to buy a car so I left it in the middle. There's no information on your website regarding dealer fees (and the newest used car scam of "reconditioning" fees.) I guess Mr. Fuccillo doesn't mention these fees on the website as they probably use the standard tactic to agree on a price and then "unhorse" you. There are many dealers who do mention the fees and even though the fees are outrageous, because they mention them, (and I will probably be paying something in fees anyways,) I think I'll shop with them. Your reviews are horrible Mr. Fuccillo I hope you do a revamp of your entire sales and service culture. (And yes, I am educated enough to know not to rely only on negative reviews.) I hope to see improvements in the future.
Went there yesterday to get myself a newer car and ended up with a new one for myself and my husband. We never thought we would own 2 brand new cars and they are amazing and Nic was awesome helping the newbie salesperson that was helping us. And being able to meet MR.HUGE in person and shake his hand and thank him personally was great. Thank you guys
It was easy and the service dept. Was very helpful. They moved things along nicely and my wait was minimal good job.
Had a great experience with fuccillo Kia. My salesman Dustin was professional and worked hard to get me a great deal! The dealership worked quickly to get everything complete. I had to leave for work but went back the next day to complete all of the paperwork and I was there for maybe an hour tops. The whole staff was very nice and pleasant to work with. My favorite thing about this dealership is nobody was pushy and I didn't get any harassing phone calls! Overall I got a great deal and a free cruise and electronics package! I love my little soul! Go see Dustin!!
We are only giving this 4 Stars due to the length of time we had to wait. From start to finish it was 7 hours. Our experience is not like others where the sales rep and manager haggle back and forth for us to have a higher down payment, or haggling over how much monthly payment will be. Our wait time was due to how many different people process the sales transaction. You have you sales rep, the sales manager, then the financier, then then one who handles the tax, tag, and title, and then the one who prints the paperwork for signing and then the one who finally sits with you to sign all of the paperwork.
With that said. Jay Brady, our sales rep was fantastic. He understood my needs of the lengthy drive there. He handled many of my questions by phone. He called when he said he would. And when I did not return his calls right away, he did not hassle me every hour of every day (like other dealers do), but instead, waited for my call. When we finally drove to Fuccillo Kia of Cape Coral, he made sure we were taken care of. He truly worked for us and on our behalf to make the deal happen.
THANK YOU JAY!!!!!
Buying a car from Fuccillo was a pleasant experience. and Mario (our salesman) was outstanding. He made it easy and made every effort to ensure we got what we wanted. The only problem was with the finance department not communicating with each other regarding the trade-in; resulting in unpleasant collection calls for payments on the car we had traded in. Otherwise, I would highly recommend buying or leasing from Fuccillo.
My son took my car in for the mileage appropriate oil change. He had the printouts from the apt. I scheduled online. Here is how the scheduled apt. went. Mind you, my son had not been at this dealership before. When he got to the check-in counter, he tried to give the scheduled apt paperwork to the employee. He was told the papers were not needed. When checking in was done, my son was told to go to the waiting room. He asked where that was, he was told inside. He found the area. After, he paid for the work done, he asked where is the car? He was told, out in front. He went out the front doors and looked and looked for my car. During that time not one employee asked if he needed help. He finally found out that the car was getting the free car wash. My son was shocked, that was never brought up when checking in. So, finally, here comes the car from the back. Then, get this ! We found that the license plate was bent almost in half. After thinking about it. We thought that happened when the car had it's balancing and or alignment checked out. We just hope the mechanics took good care of my car. Because the friendly, personal, individual take care of the guests was not shown. Final note, I love my 2011 SOUL.
