I was so pleased to work with Mike Hendry, sales consultant, at Wilde Honda of Sarasota! He spent the time to educate me and my family on my new 2017 CR-V Touring, finding exactly the right car on the lot that I had pictured in my mind, and helped me get comfortable with the car. After my car (that I loved) rolled off the back of a flatbed tow truck I was forced to go car shopping I was referred to Martha by a friend of mine. I was looking for a "sensible" car. Spending days looking at their inventory at all of their stores online, I settled on 3 "sensible" cars and 1 that I couldn't stop looking at I went and test rode the "1", left didn't want to jump into anything a week later, walked back in and said it was mine! No pressure, in and out!
After the purchase (knowing I bought a "used" car) I had a issue everyone dreads "the issue"! I sent a email to the GM and less than a hour later he was calling me! One very happy customer here! Thank you Wilde for standing behind your product!

Today I bought a car from Honda of Sarasota from Al Issa. This was the best car shopping experience I've had so far. Never once did I feel pushed or obligated to walk out the door with anything. Al really made me feel like my needs and concerns were more important than him selling a car. He was able to get me a new car for a great price considering I didn't have much! I would most certainly recommend going to see Al if you are in the market for a car. Not only was he a great salesman, he was also a genuine person all around. I felt like I was buying a car from my uncle! Thanks again for the excellent service and the sweet ride!

We have been using Wilde Honda Service since we moved to Sarasota in mid 2013. They are honest and very good. The repairs and maintenance on our Honda has been just great. When they checked the brakes today, they told me exactly how many millimeters each pad had and said that they were just fine. The service advisors are outstanding and know their business. Wilde Honda takes care of their customers.

We purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot one year ago and it has been a huge blessing to have such a dependable vehicle. There was such peace of mind of knowing my family would be safe as we had to evacuate our neighborhood because of Hurricane Irma. Wilde Honda is top notch! My brother has two cars purchased from them and my son has a pre-owned Honda Civic that is terrific vehicle too.

Al Issa was very professional, friendly and made the car buying experience effortless. We live in Tampa and looked at all of the Honda dealerships in our area. Al gave us the best deal and it was worth the drive to Sarasota. We would definitely do it again and would recommend Al to our family and friends. No pressure, very easy time. MY review is for the Service Department specifically. I have not dealt with the sales floor.
I took my car in on Friday June 2nd. I asked for an oil change, air conditioning leak fixed and brake fluid flush (which they told me I needed)
The woman at the service desk was less than pleased to be there. Although she did her job fine.
They did all of the above services and everything seemed ok upon retrieving my car. I drove it home (4 miles) parked in my garage and noticed I had a flat tire. 18PSI I also noticed I was missing the lug nut on a different tire. Not just ANY lug nut, but the KEY lug nut which locks your tire and you need a key to remove.
So much for the 4 point safety inspection?! when was that done?
I checked the paper work and it says they checked all my tires and everything was great.
I immediately checked the brand on my tires to make sure they didn't switch them or something shady. They did not.
I called Wilde and spoke with the service woman Julia and she said it must be a coincidence my lug nut was missing and they had no reason to take the tires off my car. She also said there is no way they missed a flat tire. Obviously getting no where I asked for the manager. He would not be in until Monday.
So in the mean time. we get our tire replaced and put on a new lug nut. (non locking)
I call on Monday and speak to the manager. Explain everything and he thinks its "strange and will look into it" Have not heard back. He's had 4 days.
This is just pure incompetence I'm not asking for anything except my lug nut. I will not be returning here to buy our 2 new cars we will need soon. If I came in without a lug nut (which I didn't) they should have caught it in their 4 point safety inspection. The low tire pressure should have also been caught. To not be able to do the simple things is concerning.

Michael was amazing!
He was able to get us into a much nicer car than I thought possible. 5 stars all around. The kids area is a really nice touch. Plenty of toys to keep my 2 year old busy for any hour! Great reliable car with 3 month warranty at no extra charge. Best car buying experience ice had in years!

Very nice people, I just purchase a CPO 2016 Accord sport.
They were not pushy, had best pricing and I was even fed lunch and given a complimentary key chain as well as offered a job.
I highly recommend William as he really knew his Honda's
All the staff was pleasant to work with.

The best place to buy a car. Our salesman Eduardo Gonzales is fantastic. The finance manager Joe Doyle was so great in putting the deal together. Jay Alexander as always does an amazing job to make it all happen. We purchased 3 cars and every time was actually really a FUN experience!!! Love these guys!!!
