I am not going to complaint about having to make an appointment to replace 2 tires. I think they time they took to replace the tires was OK but the reason I am giving you 1 start is because once I hit 65 MPH on the Highway with My Wife and Kid on the car, The car started to vibrate hard - I had to find an open place open on a Sunday to re do my rear wheels balance they found 7.5 ounces OVER what the rear right side tire actually need it, 1 ounce off on the rear left side.

I found my new home for all of my car care needs. I would give more stars if I could. They are the nicest and honest people. Pricing is very reasonable, I feel fortunate to have found this place. Keep up the great work guys!!!!

I needed some quality tires at the last minute. Brent The store manager got me in the next day. I did not have an appointment but he still made time for me and got me completed in just a few hours!
The staff was very friendly courteous and fast. I will continue to go here and bring my work truck and other car here from now on! Thanks guys for the speedy service at a affordable price!response / report this review -

I've been to this location several times for different services including purchasing tires and getting oil changes. I am extremely happy with the service every time. I was in need of another tire so I returned today and was blown away by the service. I was in an accident where someone rear ended me and as a result my bumper was hanging. While getting a new tire, Ozzie rigged my bumper and it no longer hangs! It looks 1000 times better!!! Thank you for that! I was shocked and elated when I went to pick up my car. Their speedy and great customer service has definitely earned a loyal customer!!!

I've worked in several garages, and i am a big time do it youselfer, hate paying anyone to do anything i can do myself. That said, this is the only shop that i bring any of my cars to. Oil changes in the winter when it's too cold in my garage, tires, alignments, transmission fluid etc etc these guys have always taken care of me. Great attitudes, pleasant smiles, quick reliable work and no fluffing the bills.

Sold me Chinese tires with a supposed 40k life for my truck. Tires wore bald in under 12k of light use. Suburban won't back the crappy product that they sold me. Thanks for taking my money.

I've searched for a while for a shop that I could completely trust my car with and finally found one with Suburban. Very clean looking shop, nice waiting area with an awesome coffee machine and the staff there are quite friendly. Their prices are very fair, considering the quality of work being done. I've gotten my Subaru Forester's brakes done, oil changed and bought new tires there. Also, all ties come with free rotations and rebalances! Discount charges $18 bucks for this!

I would recommend anyone going here call ahead for hours. They say they're open until 6pm on Fridays but if you get there 20 minutes before closing they will not assist you, even for something as simple as a patch. They were cleaning up and refused to assist. I recommend discount tire in Irving. They happily took me at 555 and also closed at 6. Patched the tire and I was on my way by 615

Awesome Experience. Was an ex-employee and honest to god BEST shop to go to for work! NO JOKE! I only trust them anyways because they know my car is a PILE and it needs work but I trust them even though I was FIRED!

We've been coming here for years and usually they are great, today they were awesome! I hit something on the road and got an immediate flat. Luckily I was close so I was able to drive here. They fixed my flat and changed all 4 of my tires in about an hour which is awesome since I have 2 kids and of course it's the day I forget my diaper bag. On the way home I then noticed my breaks were acting up from the flat so I came back in and they cleaned them up free of charge and got me back on the road fast! They even offered my son something to eat since it was lunch time and we were pretty much stranded! They always have deals going on and they really stand by their work. 2 thumbs up to suburban tire!!
